We've stayed here at the beginning od July. The room was located at the main building. It was very spacious with a huge balony and good working air condition, but with outdated bathroom. Great swimming pools and aquapark but could be more sunbeds. The food was good. There was also swimming pool bar with some snacks and ice cream. The wine, beer and drinks were ok. The stuff was friendly. There is a car rental office at the hotel. They have good price and are very helpful. The hotel is well located, 10 minutes by bus from the airport and 20 minutes from Rodos old town. The bus stop is next to the hotel. The airplanes frequently approaching to the airport weren't disturbing and watching them was a kind of attraction for us. I think the biggest problem for the hotel owner is the sewage area located at the central point of the hotel area. It is well hidden with beatiful greenery but the odour is bad. Fortunately, it smells bad only at the close distance to that. Rodos island is great. We recommend to visit old town Rodos, Lindos town and Filerimos mountain and monastery.

We visited last week as a family of 5, with kids aged 14, 12 and 10 and we were all pleasantly pleased with this hotel. After reading some of the dreadful reviews we had some concerns about this place. However, the hotel is really good, clean and the staff are friendly and easily accessible from the airport and extremely easy to get around the island. Despite the dreadful reviews regarding food I would have to disagree, I have a very picky eater and I am also picky with food, but I did not go hungry and I enjoyed all of the meals I had. There is a good choice which is definitely not the same daily, salad is always available and I can only imagine that some reviews stating the food is the same everyday is because the salad is often the same, but there was a great variation of hot and cold food. I would say it's not as much of a choice as other hotels I have stayed at, but the quality was good. We stayed in a family room, and it was extremely spacious and clean. It was also cleaned daily and new towels provided. The rooms in my opinion could use a little updating to match the rest of the hotel, but for it being advertised as an 'economy hotel' I didn't expect it to be as well present as it was. The pools are lovely, very clean and tidy around the pool areas and gardens. We were slightly disappointed that the water park was not open as it was not stated that it would be closed, however, it is still out of season and it will open from the first of May I was informed by a manager. The snack bar offered a limited selection throughout the day, but after eating breakfast and lunch in the restaurant most days, we didn't feel the need to eat from there, and it is purely a snack bar which offered enough for a snack. The all inclusive drinks were limited too, and they were very low alcohol, and if I went back, I would probably go full board rather than all inclusive as the only alcohol that tasted any good was the lager. The all inclusive wine was poor quality which was a bit disappointing but we bought wine for having our evening meal which was fairly priced and tasted good. When we arrived there was a mix of age groups, couples and families, however, the last couple of days were mostly elderly people, again this is no problem but some were disgruntled by children playing in the pools, but this is not the hotels issue, that's people in general. Overall we had a fabulous week and I believe it was fairly priced and good value for money. I think due to it being off season the activities such as the water park, entertainment and kids club were all off, but as a family we still had a great time and I would definitely recommend the hotel and I think we will go back in the near future, but probably during the high season.

This hotel had only opened on the Saturday and we arrived late Sunday night. The hotel staff were very professional, polite and friendly especially the two guys on the main bar - fantastic service such a credit to the hotel, these two made our holiday.

We stayed 6th April for a week, after reading reviews I was apprehensive however the hotel exceeded my expectations. Yes some areas could be improved however I felt it was good value considering what I paid. The rooms and hotel were clean enough, room was basic but a decent size and I found the beds comfortable. Food was ok, not a lot of choice but we certainly didn’t go hungry! Waterpark was closed, this wasn’t unexpected as when I booked it did say some activities may be unavailable in quieter months. My room was cleaned every day, my only ****** here was after 3 days they stopped leaving toilet rolls. The hotel was very quiet during the day but did get busier around 3pm. Evening meal started at 6.30, if you weren’t there for opening you couldn’t get a table until 8pm - this wouldn’t be a problem except some of the food options weren’t replenished. All in all if you’re looking for a cheap getaway and don’t go with high expectations that you can’t for far wrong with this place.

Reading the reviews from previous guests made me really anxious, however... I arrived to a beautiful hotel with stunning gardens and multiple pool areas which accommodated adults, families and those looking for a more chilled out area... the restaurant serves delicious fresh food giving you the very best taste of Greek food, the staff are so friendly and welcoming making me feel so at ease being on my own, within hours of me arriving I'd made friends with other guests with the help of the beautiful Kinga one of the hotel managers, rooms are cleaned everyday with towels and beds being changed. I cannot recommend a visit here highly enough ... for all those who gave it a bad review shame on you.... for anyone wanting a fabulous and friendly holiday get to filerimos village hotel ❤️ I will most definitely be back 🇬🇷🥰

The worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure to be stuck at! Found another hotel to stay at for the last 2 days but was unwell which I’m sure was from the dirty pool. Staff were very unhelpful and didn’t want to know! we had to buy our food and water from the shop! No chance of ever getting a sun bed, sat on a plastic chair for most of the time. So much tension around the pool with arguments daily about sun beds! Ruined the days as felt uncomfortable Room and bathroom were dirty and the shower didn’t work the whole time after reporting it every day! Health and safety really need to pay a visit. Wish I had lost my money and stayed at home

The hotel doesn't deserve for 4 stars. It should be 3, maybe 3,5 no more. What is ok You can see on the photos but I would like to focus what was not ok: * First two nights in room there weren't warm water, so we had to take cold bath. You could image cold bath for one year child. * The condition of the bath, the photo says everything. Disgusting. * Aquapark didn't work, it was closed.
