The room perfectly renovated with a perfect view but the temperature with the air conditioning on maximum was between 27 & 29 degrees The mini bar had no cooling at all When I complained they told me it is not a fridge ironically at the reception and after a technician found it it was not fixed until we left The room had a coffee maker as a provision in the price but we were charged at the end for the coffee in a 5 star hotel with an expensive price per night The elevator had no air conditioning and was a gas chamber up to the 17th floor where we were staying The hotel super market charged me an extra 10 minutes the pack of cigarettes I bought because he doesn't give by card as he told me and showed me a handwritten note Generally 70-80s mentality which in no way justifies his charge

It's very nice for humans from North-Western Europe during this time of year. And doing aquagym with the Entertainment Team and our blind delegation is LEGENDARY! And of course the food & drink! We enjoyed the all-inclusive arrangement. I got at least one extra plate every meal. :D AND COCKTAILS It's the first time for me in Paradise. And yes, Paradise has a dark side to it. Also, war & terrorism are unfortunately never far away in the digital phone age. Nonetheless, I would recommend this to anyone who can handle a little drama. It's worth it!

We went all inclusive to find out they had an ultra all inclusive. I’ve never heard of this so we were then excluded from over half the bars etc. All and I mean All the food at every meal no matter the time were cold not warm absolutely cold. On the plus side the rooms were nice and clean. The staff were extremely friendly all apart from 1 of the restaurant staff that was rude to my daughter for sitting on the wrong chair. Not a place I’d go back to if I’m honest. Rhodes on the other hand is beautiful.

The drinks are good and the staff are amazing!! Especially Luca and Alexandra and Memi!! Throughout the holiday they were so friendly and made the most amazing experience!!! The room was also extremely comfy with an amazing view and a beautiful sunset!!

Great service from all the staff especially Luca and all actives in the morning and evening especially the music shows after dinner and lovely drinks and cocktails. The room cleaning service is also very quick and efficient and always clean sheets on the bed

Very nice hotel, Staff were very friendly especially Luca, Loads of different food at dinner time and the food was very nice. Hotel was also very clean and the drinks were very nice that were made. The location was also perfect as it was a quick taxi to the old town and the beach was right next to the hotel.

The room was really comfortable and clean as well as the people being really accommodating and welcoming Luca and his team were especially very helpful and put on loads of activities in the evenings and lots of classes during the day. This is a very good family all inclusive vacation and good for freinds or couples too. This was my first time in Greece and it was very beautiful and the sentry was amazing the water and this hotel is placed in a vey nice area

The room smells of mold, there is mold under the wallpaper in the rooms, you can see, it smells like old furniture. For food, you have to stand in line, a lot of people are waiting. The food is tasty.The pool is ok, but the sunbeds are permanently occupied, the location is very close to the beach, very close to the city. Public transport is very complicated. Be careful when renting a car,
