Due to a last minute cancellation by jet2 holidays ( 6 hours ) before setting off to airport we ended up booking this hotel with a recommendation by the holiday company ( sunshine holidays ) the morning we were due to fly to Fuerteventura for the next day .we have had a very nice holiday and the room a superior double with sea view was perfectly situated near the beach pool and bar and beach snack bar .the hotel is very spread out on many levels so not the best for anyone with mobility issues like me to get to the activity area I had to use 2 lifts but the grandchildren had no problem and loved it .the bars are well stocked and a variety of cocktails both alcohol & non available .the lobby bar area had live music & dance acts most nights and there is also an ampi theatre with live acts .the main restaurant adjacent to the lobby bar served breakfast lunch and dinner with a good wide variety of hot and cold meals to suit all tastes ( apart from the moaners who you can never suit ) .now for the few negatives which really are not that big an issue but there are themed restaurants to dine in with a reservation being done in reception or on the hotels mobile phone app which is where the problems start as we couldn’t book the restaurant as there were 3 to our rooms (2) and it kept saying when we selected 3 people it exceeded our number of occupants so very frustrating and even when we booked at reception for 6 people with a confirmation booking and arrived at restaurant only to be told there was no booking for us .the WC facility’s left a lot to be desired as this hotel is rated 5 star and the number of times the urinals were full to the brim because didn’t flush or the flush mechanism of the toilets was broken ?not what you want at any price .So all that said we had a great time so it’s thanks to the management and staff for a great 10 nights break .

Just came back from amazing holiday to Rhodes and staying at Lindos Imperial. There is a little bit of bad but huge amount of good on this hotel. The hotel itself is lovely, the reception was gave the impression that it was a high standard of a hotel, which this does seem on all the newer parts and parts near the entrance. We were staying in a Superior Family Room with Garden view, private pool and terrace, it seemed that we were staying in the older part of the hotel. On first impression of the room it look nothing like the images displayed on the website..it was very dated, with damage around the room (broken tiles in bathroom, marks on the curtains, tv not working and the fridge leaking(this was sorted straight away by the hotel)) and not the standard that we paid for. The garden view was actually the rooms opposite with bushes between that. The private pool was in tired state, tiles falling off the side and in the pool itself, which i had to clean away to keep away from a toddler. Also the sun bed on the terrace was broken and unable to be used. Now for the good…All the staff was friendly and very attentive to your needs and requests. They all said morning or hello when they seen you walking round the resort. The entertainment staff was amazing and we all enjoyed the mini disco and all the activities around the pool organised and ran by them. All activities thought about to include all ages around the pool. The main pools in resort were always tidy and to a good standard..we spent most of the time at the activity pool as we had a toddler with us. The water slides, the park, the entertainment staff and of course the ice cream kept us busy with a toddler but a lot of fun. Food in the buffet restaurant was a good standard and variety of options plus a themed night each night. The Al carte restaurants that the hotel had to offer was of a high standard and a change from the buffet restaurant. The beach was lovely, even though it wasn’t actually sand but more rocks, but again this was kept clean by the hotel staff. I do highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely return to the hotel if I stay in the same area of Rhodes again. Yes there some bad points but the good out weighs the bad.

So, where to start. This is our first time to Rhodes, Kiotari. The swim up pool we had was the most amazing experience of the holiday. I would highly recommend a room with a swim up pool. I requested two rooms next door to each other so it would make it easier for both parties, however, after sending numerous emails and messages over the past year, I was disappointed to hear at check-in that the rooms were not next door to each other. This was an easy request for the hotel to accommodate, however this was not done, most disappointing. The room was ok, nice and big, however, not very clean, and also, the jacuzzi on our terrace did not work. The main restaurant, the Belvedere felt like you was in a school canteen. The food was very bland. You are able to book three restaurants when you are at the resort which are a bit more classy. We managed to eat at the fish, Asian and grill restaurant. The food in those places were a lot nicer than the main restaurant, and a lot less busy, however, you have to be extremely lucky to get the three restaurants as they seem to be fully booked. The slide area was a bit disappointing, it was over crowded and only one of the slides was fun for my 13 year old. The beach area is lovely, however, the shingles are extremely difficult to walk on. We only managed one trip out where we got a bus straight outside the hotel to Lindos Town, the bus journey was nice, especially as the bus had air con. After visiting the town which was amazing, we ended up down the bottom at the beach. Now that beach was lovely, white sand, warm sea, nice restaurants, however you do not want to make the trip back up to the top to get the bus back as it would be hard work, especially in the heat. We ended up getting a boat straight to our hotel, it did take longer by boat, however it was an amazing experience. So all in all, I don’t believe it to be a 5 star hotel unfortunately.

This place is sooooo big it's like town. Our first allocation wasn't ideal. Although it was a huge apartment we were far from the pool with slides where the kids wanted to be every day and they changed us with no extra cost to a room with a private pool. The change was made with no fuss and they porter collected us and drove us to the new room. The room was small but we weren't there to sit around the room and the pool was a great touch. The kids had so much fun at this hotel, it was their first experience of an all inclusive and they loved going to get food and drinks and snacks. The pool is great fun and so warm. It gets a bit dirty around the pool as people just leave with cups everywhere and bins are overflowing so more attention to this would be great. The staff everywhere are great and you don't want to leave them at the end of your holiday! The restaurants that you need to book for really aren't worth it (sorry) and we're hard to book anyway. The self service buffet restaurant has loads of variety and has some nice choices but like every all inclusive it gets a bit much and we did eat out a bit but it's fine for breakfast and lunch. I would recommend Lindos imperial but know it's not really 5 star and it's a little rough round the edges but the staff made up for that as they are lovely. I was sorry to see the fires in Rhodes, I hope the hotel is ok and they get through it. For water sports we loved Alexis and his family run business on the little beach a 10 minute coastal walk to left. My son did wakeboarding and the whole family did the jetskis with them. Equally the English family who have their water sports on the beach just next to the hotel were lovely too and complete pros. We did the "sofa" and tandem "parasailing" with them.

This hotel was so amazing, was really big with many different restaurants to eat at to switch up from the buffet, the food throughout the day was also good with toasties, fruit bowls, hotdogs etc. There was a lovely lady who worked the beach bar named Stevè? Sorry if i didn’t spell it right but she was amazing and really friendly. Justin from the activity people was also such a friendly soul. There was a 20 min bus ride you could get to Lindos which has the most beautiful beach and it’s a lovely little town. The rooms were good and the buffet is nothing to complain about it is what you’d expect from an all inclusive holiday.

Honestly, one of the greatest hotels I’ve ever stayed at the staff are brilliant, especially the American lady that does mornings in the WonderBar and Jamie the Irish guy that greets you for the restaurants downstairs, can’t fault it one bit. If you have any Problems they are sorted out by the reception staff very quickly. The food was delicious with a massive variety. The rooms are clean and tidy and room service fixes your room up every morning. Will most definitely be coming back here for our next holiday!

Great vacation. Food is fantastic staff very friendly. We loved being here. Especially the Activity pool. Every day was very exciting. Stretching yoga with Fanny and Alex was excellent. Animators work incredibly hard to make sure we have a good vacation. Especially justin is the host. Evening show, we had a fantastic time. We will definitely come back next year, we can only recommend it to everyone.❤️❤️

We booked 10 nights with Jet2 to Imperial resort & Spa in Kiotari. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Everything can be booked on the App so all documents & info are in one place - handy. The hotel was great with a private pool on our terrace. All the staff in every department were superb, friendly & knowledgeable as were the locals, despite being devastated by the wild fires. The all inclusive resort catered for all tastes from the beach & poolside café's to the buffet style main restaurant & also 5 themed restaurants which was nice to be waited on occasionally. The steak one was our favourite. We hired a car for the duration which was reasonable costwise & gave us the freedom to explore the island at our own pace, without being tied to excursion timings or public transport. Every attraction we visited was enjoyable with spectacular scenery & the boat trip to Symi is a must. We only remained on resort 3 days out of 10 as there was so much to visit. We were so impressed with the organisation of Jet2, hotel, staff, locals of Rhodes that we plan to return in 2024 to complete our island exploring & maybe chill out more at the hotel beach, 5 different pools or even book another private pool to relax at. Very impressed 😊👍

We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel and would not hesitate to return. Amazing swimming pools and the water slides are loved by adults and children. Plenty of sunbeds by the pools and on the beach. Lovely food and good choice of food throughout the day, even down on the beach. A very clean and quiet hotel even though there were plenty of guests. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
