A brilliant little hotel. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Always greeted with a smile by everyone. The room was really tidy, and the maids did a brilliant job!! Reception were incredibly helpful with any questions. The bar is really nice to sit in on an evening. The prices are really good for drinks as well. Breakfast was really nice, the pancakes are definitely a highlight!! Overall a brilliant hotel and a brilliant stay and we can't wait to be back.

The staff truly make this place. After saying that the whole property was miss sold and marketed incorrectly. Boutique never! budget definitely. The Angela hotel up the road also has breakfast here, so be prepared for not enough chairs, mugs or utensils. We had to change rooms until we were given one that was acceptable. Telephones in the room do not work so if you have issues you have to go back to reception. Ok for a short stopover but not for anything longer. If you’re looking for a boutique property don’t book here. If you’re looking for a budget stay, perfect

Nice little hotel close to New Town and the Beach. The staff are just great and nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfasts are ok with a good selection of eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, rolls, cereal and fruits. The rooms are neat and tidy and quite modern. If you get one with a pool view they are reasonably quiet too. I would stay again for sure.

We stayed for 7 nts with Jet 2 and found this hotel to be clean and comfortable, The best is its location being 10/15 minutes walk into the old town and 10 mins walk to the center and beaches in both directions 5/10 mins. I had requested a high room with a sunny balcony as I was celebrating a special big birthday whilst we were away. As I had not received a reply to my request it was a case of get what your given, I think having been to the hotel I doubt many of the rooms have sunny balconies for long in the day due to the time of year we awere there and it being a city location surrounded by other buildings. We had room 204 which was facing another block of apartments their balconies and their pool so not a view as such, but its a city. Could have been worse as if we had been room 202 or 200 we would have been facing a blank wall. Anyway we never sat on the balcony as we were out all the time. The bed was comfortable and we were provided with bath robes and slippers to save on the towel usuage. Walk in shower and as as usual in Greece not best sealed so water leaked out if you were in too long. Soon dried out. Air con and safe were included in the price which was nice and it was needed as around 33 during day and only down to 27 at night on some nights. 2 small bottles of water on arrival. No chair at the desk/dressing table in the room so took the one from the balcony to use. Not alot of storage for clothes but would be fine for a 3/4 day city break. No facility to hang your beach towels and swimwear anywhere and the balcony is glass with a hand rail and no gaps so we used the towel pegs which fortunately were large enough to secure things to the hand rail to dry. Its windy so you need to find some way to stop things blowing away. Again more a city break hotel than a beach or pool hotel. Sunbeds are comfy and pool nice a quick dip to cool off for a few hours. No sunbeds available 2 days into our holiday being reserved by placing towels by invisible people at breakfast. The hotel was full and if everyone wanted to use the pool area there was no space, and limited beds available. The hotel provide towels for you to use by the pool if they have not been taken by the invisible people sometimes 2 towels on the beds, sad. Breakfast was good for us plenty of meats, cheese, fruit, bread, jam, honey, cakes and cereals. Can't comment on hot food as we didn't eat any. Be aware kitchen said they do not have decaf coffee if you need it but I had taken my own and no alternative milks. I guess you need to ask at reception when you check in or email them before if you need something different. We hired a car for 5 days from Ruote few minutes down the road great value and gave us a chance to see a bit more of the island and visit Santa Marina beach which was only a 15-minute drive and was a fabulous bay with calm waters we preferred to the north west coast beach to the left of the hotel and the big town beach to the right of the hotel too many su

Room 105: If you don’t care about the pool like us you should get an another room and my recommendation is on upper floors so you don’t need to hear people in the pool area. All windows need fly nets so you can open your window for fresh air and leave like that when you are not in. Room 109: I gave a name to this room as “conference room”. Because you can hear the reception, people sitting at the front of the hotel outside, and because the room is on crossection of the floor whoever like to chat infront of, get an another room please. These rooms are not the reception’s fault, we could easily ask to see the room before we check in but we went to Rhodes without a hotel reservation so room 109 was the only available room for our first night and after we moved to room 109 and we have been told that we have to change our room next day and we accepted it only we didn’t know the room 109 would be like conference room but to be honest it didn’t effect our comfort that but you have to switch off the fridge before you go to sleep specially in this room and I believe in many hotel rooms too. The staff starting from reception to house keeping and breakfast they were all very polite and nice people. They all should put tip boxes in their sections. I know I owe some tips to breakfast staff and housekeeping. The breakfast is great, in a country such as Greece bread choices, quality of the dough could be better. The hotel is in 15 min.walking distance to center but there are still everything around you. In Greece as Turks we always like to eat with our neighbors (komşu) and we know they like to eat late. By the way eating in their time making so much different about he comfort, foods are coming from more relax kitchen, the staff is also more relaxed so basically it is good to eat like Mediterranians. So after late meals it is always good to have little extra walking distance to the hotel.

Where to start… a very disappointing hotel , & we paid good money for the privilege :( breakfast bland & baked beans etc cold most mornings, one four slice toaster for everyone in the hotel that takes forever to cook . And where the food is set out not enough room for people to get to the food & help themselves comfortably. All very cramped! Onto the so called swimming pool, it’s a plunge pool, so no way at all that you can swim in it , why weren’t we advised of this when we booked, again so disappointing. Bedrooms are also very basic, toilet doors dont shut properly & if you look in the big gap above the sliding door you can see all the scaffolding above . Tv was temperamental , we were lucky a couple of nights but mostly we had nothing. Bar is very limited & closes at 11pm , we won’t be returning to this hotel , nothing boutique or special about it, oh & if you have a balcony out back there’s no privacy as your backing onto another hotel so your all looking at each other. On the plus side all the staff are very friendly.

I have no problem with the hotel or staff who are lovely. The hotel is basic but clean etc. my issue is that I have reported 3 times that my air con unit spews water on to the bedroom floor (I have photos to demonstrate).. As I write at 00.24 on 14 September 2023, I have gone to bed with the balcony door open (loud noise from outside) because I cannot put the ac on. Still I am hearing drip drip drip from the unit. I have left a towel under it (for 3 nights).
