My wife and I returned for another visit and I can definitely say, yet again, we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived through to the time we departed, the exemplary service we have come to expect at the Lindos Blu was ever present and delivered at every interaction with every member of staff. I think it is right to point out that we saw a difference in the many new members of staff but we did not notice any difference in the levels of service at any point during our stay. Along with other providers of hospitality on the Island, many positions are now filled with staff from the Philippines and in the case of the Lindos Blu, it is clear that much has gone into staff training by the Management of the Hotel to ensure the service standards and attention to detail we have come to expect have been maintained throughout. Breakfast service is when you see the staff working at their best as for every guest it is common to see staff members remembering orders for drinks and preferences for dietary requirements recalled as a matter of routine. We once again dined at Five Senses and the service was faultless and the food sublime - for guests who are considering going there, it is well worth visiting for a unique experience not replicated elsewhere in Lindos. Although we have visited many times, we never tire of the ambiance of peace and tranquility the Hotel consistently provides, obviously as a result of the ethos of care and pride in delivering hospitality instilled by the Management at the Lindos Blu. Yes, we will most definately return.
