O hotel não é grande, é familiar. Gostei de tudo. As refeições são todas muito boas. No meio de uma colina. Longe do Funchal e longe para ir a pé ao Centro de Ribeira Brava, mas de carro são 5 min. Tem parque de estacionamento. Foi um dos melhores hotéis onde já estive. Sem luxos, mas com muito boas instalações. As camas dão confortáveis. Não há barulho e é tudo muito cómodo

Een zeer goed **** hotel! Lekker ontbijtbuffet. Dit is elke dag hetzelfde, maar er is meer dan genoeg keus! Ook het avondbuffet is een aanrader (18:30u - 21h). Altijd de keuze uit soep, vlees, vis, salade en groenten! Jammer dat het binnen en buitenzwembad niet verwarmd is.

A clean room, very friendly staff, lovely breakfast buffet and a nice view from the room. Not to far from Funchal, so a good place if you donot want to stay in the city but still want to be near the city. We didnot use the pool because it was to cold, but it looked very tempting.

Fantastic place to stay. The quality of rooms is great. The food is fine Swimming pools are good . It is a perfect spot for trekking. All the hotel facilities are good and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend hotel. And you must visit o Camarata! Best poncha in Madeira!

Excellent hotel, perfectly situated next to important crossroads, from which you get to any place in Madeira in no time. Neat hotel, large comfortable rooms with view over the sea. Rich breakfast buffet. Possibility to have dinner. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Good points - well appointed room with balcony and great views over the sea. Excellent bathroom with powerful hot shower. Free safe. All areas very clean. Plenty of parking spaces. Lift to all floors. Nice pool and games room. Well situated for touring the south coast. Bad points - buffet food extremely poor especially for dinner. No a la carte menu. Car essential as hotel high above Ribeira Brava and road down to coast not walk friendly. Did not appreciate being asked to settle our final bill in cash (we refused) and not being given an official tax receipt. In a 4* hotel !

Wonderful environment and very kind staff. Upon our arrival we received a welcome wine. The room was clean and had an amazing view. We had to leave the hotel at dawn, so they prepared sandwiches for us the night before. Everyone was very nice to us.
