Passei uma noite no hotel com meu esposo e filho, o atendimento é excelente ,funcionários simpáticos e extremamente educados . Quarto que ficamos era simples, porém confortável, limpo , wi fi e ar condicionado funcionando super bem, o banheiro limpo e a ducha forte e quentinha . Só senti falta de garrafas de água no frigobar . Café da manhã muito bom,com boa variedade de alimentos. A piscina é limpa e bem gostosa apesar da água não ser climatizada . Academia simples mas OK. A estadia foi rápida mas ficamos satisfeitos.

A acomodação é incrível, um ótimo custo benefício, café da manhã excelente. Só o Checkin que foi mto demorado, pq tinham apenas dois funcionários e uma fila imensa e apenas um elevador estava funcionando, demorando mto p descer e subir.

Juro... podem ir de olhos fechados. Restaurante com um excelente custo benefício e a comida muito gostosa. Funcionários educadíssimos. Cama super confortável e os lençóis acho que são 800 fios, mega macios. O chão brilha de tão limpo, tudo cheiroso. Tomamos champanhe na piscina que é excelente por sinal... O reveillon foi chiquerrimo da decoração ao buffet (black tie) tinha desde camarão a grana padana... espumantes, cerveja estela artoir... Hotel super organizado, custo benefício sem igual.

Ficamos um dia, meu esposo veio a trabalho e eu e meu filho ficamos e aproveitamos a piscina, hotel bom, limpeza ok, quarto confortável, café da manhã muito bom… O hotel é bem localizado perto do Shopping Ursula a 5 quadras e a 4 quadras do zoológico da cidade …. Atendimento da recepção ok Mas pra quem for pra Ribeirão super indico Restaurante maravilhoso Churrascaria JP steak House melhor churrascaria que fui atendeu né e carnes especiais top, bom e barato…
