Hotel is a building site which was not disclosed. Work, to their credit, didn’t start until 8am but the whole building was covered in dust My bedroom window overlooks rows upon rows of corrugated roofs, the fist no more than 2 meters from the window and (thankfully?) blocking 50% of the view

We booked for a night with our dog on the way to the Bilbao ferry. The young man on reception was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, good aircon and the most amazing shower! We decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. The snails were fantastic but the pasta starter was poor and the fish like old boits. The staff seemed to be in a rush and when my husband asked for his very rare steak to be cooked up the waitress tried to argue that that was the way it was supposed to be. Reluctantly they cooked it further. The restaurant lets the hotel down and we probably won't visit again.

Nefasto en el tema del desayuno. Era fin de semana y al no tener gran volumen de demanda, nos pusieron un desayuno ya en la mesa que consistía en 2 lonchas de jamón york, un croissant y un zumo no natural. Ni pan ni otra opción La maquina dispensadora de leche y café no estaba preparada y terminaron poniendo una botella de leche a la que le introdujeron la sonda de la cafetera. Nos cobraron por el desayuno y ni siquiera te dan la opción de elegir. No pido un buffet pero unas tostadas con aceite. Puedo ser una persona que no pueda comer bollería y me tendría que ir sin desayunas. En fin, la habitación bien pero si tuviese que volver, no pillaría nunca el desayuni.

Hemos estado este fin de semana y todo perfecto, habitación limpia, camas muy cómodas y almohadas el nórdico muy calentito no pesaba nada, me lo hubiera llevado a casa jajajaja, hotel calentito en todas las estancias por la calefacción, recepción 24h, tv en habitación grande y WiFi gratuito, habitación reformada y lámpara muy bonitas, baño grande y con todo lo necesario incluido secador. Sin duda si vuelvo a Zaragoza volver a este hotel. Y tan solo a 22 minutos del centro de Zaragoza, ah! Parquing gratuito

No volveré. La cerradura de la habitación para abrir tenías que golpearla, reclamé y ya sabían que no funcionaba. Nos daban otra habitación pero más pequeña. La habitación tenía unos grandes ventanales que el sol le daba de pleno, al entrar parecía una sauna y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba.
