Accoglienza tutt’altro che Romagnola… Stanza tripla di soli 15 mq con un bagno Minuscolo e doccia ancor di più. Letto matrimoniale con materassi singoli rigidissimi. Corridoio stretto pieno di mobili appoggiati in deposito. Pulizia che lascia a desiderare (cestini non svuotati, capelli nella doccia mai rimossi), acqua calda mai sufficiente alla sera. Colazione misera specie quella salata, e sulla cucina stellata ci sarebbe tanto da discutere. Per finire il conto che, oltre ad essere stato esorbitante riportava 28 bottiglie d’acqua in piu’mai consumate ma solo presunte da loro (errore capitato anche ad altri ospiti)… Unica nota positiva la vista mare, pagata pero’ a carissimo prezzo.. Sconsigliato assolutamente!!!

L’hotel in posizione ottima direttamente sul lungomare . Giardino molto bello . Pulizia ottima anche se la stanza era molto piccola , per fortuna con un bel terrazzo . Accoglienza romagnola … da rivedere . Siamo stati trattati in modo distaccato sin dall’arrivo , non essendo clienti “storici “ , e probabilmente per la presenza del nostro cagnolino . Abbiamo avvertito 2 gg prima , come da accordi, che non avremmo consumato una cena in hotel, al momento del conto finale ci è stata addebitata ugualmente .

Ho letto le altre recensioni su eccellenza dei servizi offerti da h Roma e li condivido tutti. Scrivo questa recensione x valutare una cosa rara: l’onesta’. Mi hanno recapitato, a seguire del soggiorno, un gioiello perso in stanza senza che io me ne fossi ancora accorta. Ritengo 1 valore aggiunto da attenzionare! Quando siete all’ H Roma potete stare tranquilli.

Sono 24 anni consecutivi che per le nostre vacanze a Riccione soggiorniamo in questo hotel. Ci dobbiamo ancora una volta complimentare con la famiglia Burioni ed a tutto lo staff dell’hotel per la qualità del lavoro svolto per farci stare bene!!! Quest’anno, in modo particolare, abbiamo apprezzato un ulteriore salto di qualità della cucina curata dallo chef Gianluca (ottimi i piatti di pasta fresca fatta in casa) e l’impeccabile servizio di sala curato dal maitre Cesare entrambi supportati dai loro collaboratori (un saluto particolare al ritrovato Giovanni). Un particolare ringraziamento a Giaco Burioni che si è prodigato per risolverci celermente alcuni problemini sorti alla nostra camera. Naturalmente abbiamo già provveduto a prenotare le nostre vacanze 2025. Saluti da Pinerolo!. Monica & Roby.

Terza estate in questo hotel!! Tutto magnifico e splendido.. dalla cucina, alle camere, personale sempre al top Comodissimo a Viale Ceccarini e darsena e spiaggia!! Accoglienza ottima, alla prossima estate!! Consigliatissimo!!!! Un saluto a Tony e a tutto lo staff!!

Sono tornato all'hotel Roma a Luglio, dopo l'ultimo soggiorno di fine Aprile, e ho trovato sempre il solito comfort e servizio impeccabile. La camera er all'ultimo piano, DUS , ed è cmq bem insonorizzata, pur dando sulla strada principale di grande passaggio. Ottima la pulizia e la cortesia del personale della reception (una citazione di merito a Tony, moilto bravo e attento alle esigenze dei clienti). Ci torno a fine Agosto !!

Location centralissima e fronte mare, pulizia camere e personale cortese, unico neo la cucina... primi piatti di pasta praticamente cruda pertanto quasi immangiabile, e i secondi di carne spesso anonimi, senza un sapore definito. La colazione a buffet invece ottima.

Esperienza ottima sotto tutti gli aspetti.Hotel a 4 stelle ma merita anche la 5 stella.Personale efficiente e gentile che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio.Camere sempre pulite e dotate di ogni comfort.Anche lo chef è bravo e prepara pietanze gustose. Insomma soggiorno vacanza da ripetere
