Wifi connection would cut out regularly, and no hairdryer I could find. I'd prefer in future to have an option for later check out for a small fee, and if the room is left easier to tidy, have a system where the time it takes to clean for the next client equals to a refund or credit. Dumb idea but I tend to spend a fair amount of time before bed and in the morning of check out tidying to make it easier and quicker for servicing the room.

Good location. There are restaurants just outside the door. Just next to the shopping mall. The room was clean. Can't cook. There is a refrigerator and microwave. Good service attitude.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy, beds very comfortable. Close to Richmond Mall and some great restaurants within walking distance. Had a great stay

Great stay The unit was a great size, had a microwave, dining area and was very clean. I will be staying there again in the future. Also it's handy to a couple of great dining options.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We stayed almost three weeks. If you are looking for beach views, they aren't here. We toured around the area so we saw lots of views. Very convenient area because the mall is close. Also bus service is close. I would stay here again if I had a chance.

Very nice clean unit. Handy to shops and 5 minutes to the speedway. Apart from the weather we had a great stay. Would stay there again and would recommend this place to others.

Great location! Nice to be shown to your room and have things explained. Although everything we needed was there, you were left with the impression that they would do there upmost to help if needed
