No place to park and very uncomfortable beds. There was no breakfast offered and not even water in the room.

Nice but not $300 a night nice.
The start was a bit rocky. Streets small and very limited space for the valet stand and the valet check in was a bit slow. But the guys were amazing. Check in was a bit slow and there were only 5 people in front of us. However the desk staff was very nice. Rooms were nice and clean my only complaint was it was a bit warm in the room at check in even when the ac was set to 65 and would go no lower. Overall our experience was very good.

Front desk staff upon check in was not welcoming. Little to no information was given to us about the property unlike other Courtyard Marriotts we have visited. This was our first time in Richmond and we did not know anything about the City. The front desk did not offer a map or package about the City which would have been extremely helpful. Other Courtyard Marriots had this service.
WiFi was terrible.
Room was large and very clean.
The valets were professional.
Would not stay here again

Pros: Location was great. Hotel was nice.
Cons: Valet (no set price), room not cleaned even when requested. Water doesn't get really hot in shower

The staff was the only thing that was great.
Pee stain in bed skirt. We were on 2nd floor and WiFi kept disconnecting, was told there were 2 different servers but neither would work. Breakfast was a joke. It was just very overpriced sandwiches that were provided by Starbucks.
