Good location. There are restaurants just outside the door. Just next to the shopping mall. The room was clean. Can't cook. There is a refrigerator and microwave. Good service attitude.

Excellent location for everything Richmond. Right in the heart of the shopping area with plenty of restaurants (mostly Thai, funnily enough). Rooms are large and comfortable. Service is great, just nothing to say that isn't positive really. Parking can be a small hassle, as the long-term park area is used by local businesses, but if you're flexible and use the nearby 2 hour park as an interim solution, it all works fine.

the studio unit was perfect in every way for our two night stay.
Both in our 80s meant the access via stairs was difficult but we were helped by the very considerate receptionist on duty.
The walkways and stairs have a worn tired look - carpet with a tear that could trip you on the stairs and it all looked as though it needed a thorough vacuum and clean.
But the conditions and cleanliness in the unit was excellent which meant our stay was very pleasant.

Second time staying. Is a great hotel and location friendly staff. On a down side was woken at 5am by the street sweeper in the hotel carpark then about 45mins later recycling & rubbish removal.
