book at your own risks - if u want a quick over nite this might be ok, heater not working well, stained linens, no hair dryer, room super duper small, no space to place even a carry-on, impatient receptionist & very poor service, safety hazards on the wet floor in the bathroom (with a sign to remind guests) but i wonder why no bath mat was provided at all. location wise is about 4-minute walk from Richmond Station if u don’t get lost in that zig-zagged route.

The room was very clean and had enough facilities for a night's stay. The only thing that is not provided in the room is a hair dryer, but you can borrow one at the front desk. It has good access and is surrounded by restaurants and shopping streets, giving the impression that it is located in a high-class residential area.

Best hotel to ever stay! Everything thing was perfectly organised. Staff was friendly and provides really good services. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel as it is quite near to many tourist attractions, also bus and train stations are just 5-10 minutes walk.

Like so many Travelodges now, there is no restaurant. The breakfast they provide in a takeaway box is dreadful and not worth the money. My room seemed particularly small with little space in the bathroom. The shower, however, was good. The heating system worked and the room was warm. I still really object to only 30 free minutes of wifi. Okay for a night.

Nice and quiet, easy check in five minutes from Richmond Station which has national rail, tube, overground and London Bus access. Nice beds, and good bathroom shower and TV. I would give a five star, but it has no bar, but thats understandable with the Bars in Richmond. Ideal if you fancy being outside city of London.

We needed somewhere to sleep for 2 nights when visiting family, who only had a one bedroom flat. It was adequate, clean and served it's purpose. We arrived late and did not have breakfast. The room was small, rather claustrophobic and not much fun. Room service was poor: bed not made after first night, also new towels not folded and placed on bed not in bathroom. It was reminiscent of student accommodation in a crowded building, but without the soul. It is a budget hotel so maybe "basic" is to be expected but we did feel underwhelmed and disappointed.

Great to find a central location hotel at a great price & close to trains and tube. Very basic ensuite room with tea and coffee but needs extra blankets as room was freezing. Very clean and tidy hotel.
