To begin with, the reservation was made due to its proximity to an event. The reception staff were neither friendly nor attentive. We had booked one night through Trip.com. I contacted them to reserve two more nights, but they never replied. The "back" entrance was dirty and littered with cigarette butts. From there, the path to reception was strange, and the wooden stairs leading down were extremely dirty. I found this unbelievable for a 4-star hotel. The room felt dark because of the black furniture.

Average hotel, decent rooms. Reception staff are English-speaking. Bar is unremarkable, breakfast is small. I got the impression it was a COA hotel based on the guests I encountered in the elevator.

Nice room but yard smells like sewer. Also not nice that it is not a nice location. Quite expensive and a lot of asylum seekers. After being there for an hour we went to another hotel.

酒店設施一般，周邊沒有公園綠地，窗口看出去都是房頂。住宿區跟前台分開有點遠，反倒是離地下停車場更近，導致朋友開車來接我時總是找不到正確的位置。
