I stayed for two nights at this property and I had a very good time. The location of the hotel is excellent, a stone's throw from the sea and close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, etc.). The room was very clean and quiet. Every day there were two free bottles of water in the minibar. The kettle and tea/coffee bags available in the room were very welcome. The staff were very friendly and had a smile on their faces. If I ever find myself in the area in the future, I will evaluate this property again.

October 2023 - 2 nights - solo trip:
Old 4-star hotel of which it retains the size of the rooms and some furnishings, the position, and a bed on which you sleep very well, but for the rest (renovations, linens, courtesy kit, breakfast, etc.) they are found above all 3 star products and finishes.
In the bathroom there was a very high window, inside the shower which I closed with difficulty because it was a bit cold, but the next morning I found a strong smell of sewage. So I opened the window, climbing onto a stool because there was no other way and before leaving I reported the matter to the reception, but no one bothered to find or propose a solution.
I'm sorry to leave this review: I could have tolerated the inconvenience, but I cannot tolerate indifference and carelessness towards the customer.

Hotel location good but its super dated and staff not friendly.Rooms in the winter are superhot , literally Sauna and no way to regulate temperature . Everything is old, juat choose another peoperty . Would not reccomend as there are better

We got a very good room rate during the off season which provided excellent value (not sure we would say the same if we visited in July or August when room rates are extremely high). The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was above expectations. The staff were very helpful providing us with an early check in and kindly gave us an upgrade. The hotel is in a great location on the beach and in the middle of Rimini shops and restaurants.

Hotel looks a bit outdated and design is also old- fashioned, but I hardly ever had as comfortable stay as at hotel Bellevue. First of all because everything is meticulously clean and cleanliness in No 1 priority when you stay at the hotel. Staff - super friendly, helpful and nice. Location - best location you can stay in Rimini. 1 min walk to the beach. They upgraded us to the room No 306, which was super comfortable. Thank you very much for making our holidays so comfortable.

I have been to rimini many times and i think this is the best value for money hotel in rimini, the staff is awesome, friendly, and will help you as much as they can. The rooms are clean, breakfast really good and the location is perfect!

This was an excellent seafront hotel with everything we needed - right on the beach, about a fifteen minute walk to the historic centre, and huge variety of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. We had a top floor room with a very spacious terrace - almost too spacious really if there is such a thing - room for a party with twenty or thirty people. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent value for money.

Rimini was the 2nd leg of our 3 leg Italy trip and we again chose the Hotel Bellevue for our 5 night stay. This hotel wins every time for location, a short walk from the glorious Rimini beach. The hotel itself is welcoming, spotlessly clean, well proportioned comfortable bedrooms rooms and excellent food selection for breakfast.
