Excellent location, helpful staff, they even changed my room to what I thought would be a more quiet one. Low price. And this is the problem, it attracts bottom of the market clientele. With no soundproofing, you hear everything and guests returning to their room at 2an acting as if it was 2pm won't cut it. My pet hate was having to listen to other quests urinating. Bathrooms are private, the noises are shared. I will pay more next time, promise.

Staff not very friendly and helpful (they don't even answer the request on the menu), to the point of taking food off your plates, with the only exception of the night watchman. Small rooms, not adequately cleaned, as is the rest of the structure. Parking quite limited in the hotel in the area, but all in all a few steps from the marina.

I am writing a review now (hoping it will be useful for those who are booking for the season that is opening) based on last year's experience. Hotel without particular luxuries and there is no fine marble, but everything you need is there. The room (at least ours) was not super spacious and neither was the bathroom, but how long do you stay in the room or in the bathroom during the holiday? The food and the menu are always very good. Breakfast and vegetable buffet for lunch/dinner are plentiful and varied. Treatment in general very good, also for the patience shown towards our two children who are always a little noisy. Everyone is very kind and friendly. Very convenient price. Convenient location to the sea, in two minutes you can get to the beach. Service and staff in general impeccable. In the end super satisfied, especially in relation to the price paid, very low and competitive. We really had a great time. Thank you

Terrible experience, not only because the hotel is on the edge of decency, but because of the people who run it and the way they approach customers. Even though I could prove, with a hospital certificate, that my 94-year-old mother had been urgently hospitalized at the end of her life, and therefore I asked not to return my deposit (as required by law for serious family health reasons) but to move the reservation to a date to be determined, depending on their future availability, they replied that only if my mother were dead could they accommodate me... Bad taste, not even having regard for my minor daughter who was present. A customer who was on the stairs and who heard those words, confided in me that they had done something similar to her too. They even insinuated that I wasn't telling the truth, even though I repeated several times that I would send them the hospitalization certificate from the hospital. I'm sorry to say it, but you behaved like terrible people.

I have never found a 3 star hotel so disgusting. The frozen food, the leftovers in the evening they propose disguised in the following days, cleaning is as if it were not there and terrible staff. The daughter focuses on responding to negative reviews instead of taking them as a constructive cue to do better.

Just left this hotel where luckily we only stayed one night. Air conditioning for a fee and so far we have cold shower with little flow that to take a shower we waited 15 minutes before it arrived hot.. Anyway we decide not to point out.. We have breakfast and my son does not eat anything so I decide to bring two or three sandwiches with ham and cheese for my son so he could eat them in the morning. Leaving the owner with a grumpy attitude tells us that we have to pay 5 euros more as a supplement for the sandwiches taken away. So we pointed out what we did not like about the shower since they pointed out the fact that nothing could be taken away. Now I say it is not for the negligible cost but for the gesture of asking for a supplement for a breakfast that my son did not have! never happened anything like this on the Riviera Romagnola.. Other hotels (Hotel Luca etc. allowed us to take away sandwiches on the beach and even uneaten lunch for the children... Indeed, this is how a manager who wants customers and knows how to manage them well behaves, especially when faced with good and honest people like us. Luckily we stayed there only one night due to its proximity to Fiabilandia. But rudeness and absolute inhospitality that does not characterize the reliable people of southern Italy and the Riviera Romagnola. Not recommended.

A review that the owners will surely have taken into account... that bill that they discounted by a good €10 in exchange for a maximum disservice. We booked by phone and stayed in an economy room, described coherently in the offer that was presented to us by email. Once we checked in, however, we encountered a small problem, considering that it is July, namely the total malfunction of the air conditioner that did not provide cold air. Initially it seemed to be a problem related to the remote control that had not been configured correctly, but once that was fixed the situation did not change. The conclusion was that the machine had probably run out of gas and the responsibility fell on the customers before us who did not report the problem to the management... as if to say, maintenance and control are activities that are the responsibility of the customers. Since it was Saturday, there were no technicians available, nor replacement rooms. To conclude: a night with 30 degrees in the room and daylight at 6 in the morning given the wide open window. Faced with our request for a significant discount, the owners completely blocked us. Zero customer care, terrible management. Just had to meet halfway and I would have been happy not to write anything.

My mom and I stayed in this hotel for one night, I have to say that we really enjoyed it. The hotel, in its simplicity, is pleasant and welcoming, very clean. Breakfast was well-stocked and good. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. If we had another opportunity, we would definitely go back. Also the quality/price ratio was correct. Thank you!
