A nice hotell at a very good place with very friendly staff. The general interior is medioker and the beds very hard and cheap. But I enjoied the stay and sleeped quite well.

We spent 7 days (July 1st 8th) in the hotel. The place is cosy, the owners and the staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms are small but clean. The towels are changed every day. The food is tasty but not varied. Olga, Gyula from Hungary.

near the beach line. beautiful area with villas and mini-hotels. normal beach summer hotel. but the hotel is old and tired amenities is felt throughout the room and not only - a lot of broken things, which is not repaired. the owners do not want to invest in replacement.

The Republic Day gave us a mini vacation, at Villa Caterina we found an informal environment, a good room, a good cleaning of all the rooms. Good breakfast, excellent value for money. Here then, who gets off to a good start ... happy summer 2022 to everyone and we hope it will bring us peace!

The owner Emilio is very professional, friendly and nice, he had no problems in welcoming me late in the evening and fulfilling a few more requests. Very good bar. Area very close to the center and very quiet, a beautiful experience that I will surely repeat!

I was in this hotel for a weekend and I felt at home .. excellent location, very clean room and proximity to both the historic center and the port of Rimini. Also excellent breakfast, owner available for every need.

We stayed in this hotel in August 2020, full pandemic, The hotel is in a good location near the beach in 10 minutes walking distance, the proposed food could be improved, but that's okay!

Very small, dirty rooms with non-existent shower cubicles. Disorganized staff and owner who tries to be nice but with poor results. The cook, certainly not a professional, particularly loves onion so you can enjoy: carbonara with onion, salmon pasta with onion, seafood risotto with onion. I think it is to be dismissed who has awarded this hotel 3 stars.

Tipico hotel 3 stelle della riviera romagnola, che avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata ai muri e all'arredamento, ma che offre comunque un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Pregi: staff super disponibile, cordiale e accogliente, reception h24, posizione centrale e comoda x il centro e la spiaggia, tutti i giorni avevamo asciugamani puliti, ottimo caffè, impianti di condizionamento nuovo appena installato. Difetti: camere da ammodernare, difficoltà di parcheggio in zona, siamo stati in occasione del capodanno ma immagino che in estate la camera senza balcone diventi scomoda per asciugare costumi e teli mare.
