Where do I begin? We arrived and were showed to our room which was on the ground floor
The room was literally on a super busy street.
You can hear people walking by talking sitting next to the hotel cars driving by sounded like you were literally sitting on the street.
But the worst part was, it was infested with mosquitoes. We got bitten all over within first 30 minutes of being inside the room, all day offered was bug spray and a buzzer to walk around the room and to kill the mosquitoes. as soon as you open the door into the room, those mosquitoes right outside the room and a bunch inside. We asked them to switch our rooms. They said there was no availability. We said we can’t possibly stay in the room due to the mosquito infestation. We took our belongings and left within the first 45 minutes of being in the room and they did not want to give any refund. Please do yourself a favor and book any other hotel.

Air conditioning doesn’t work. There is nobody at the front desk after 7pm. There is no parking lot

The hotel for the most part is great. For me however, I have an issue any place where I am asked to put used toilet paper in a trash can. I suffer from **a disease** where this kind of situation may result in a degradation of my health. Other than that, outstanding and a good bargain.

Super clean and up-to-date, this hotel is a rare find. The staff are welcoming and attentive. Reasonable rates and right in the midst of Ricon, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

It's a nice hotel if you like been in the action. There are restaurants and vivid pubs around. All the happiness noise can be heard in the hotel rooms. If you don't mind this, it's a good choice. At the booking site I used it said there was parking in the premises. There is not. You have to use the municipal parking lot (free of charge) that is a block away or, if you are lucky, find a spot in the street.
We had a situation with a service dog that was traveling with us. Although the front desk lady was very polite and helpful, the hotel manager was the opposite of. Situation was finally solved but not with the help of the manager. I don't give the hotel a bad review because front desk lady did her best and with a great service attitude.
Overall a pleasant stay...

This location is best suited for people who love to go out , have fun and enjoy the local hospitality. Even if this hotel Is fairly quiet Its on the middle of the nightlife of the town. So getting there you will experience the fun, and vibes specially if is on a Thursday (The art walk in the town square)
After I specify this I loved the place great staff, confortable rooms, very clean. Ill be back!
