房間陽台視野很美，設計簡約、早餐豐富，也是安全區域，但是酒店前台會推銷門票和球賽票，都比自己買貴。尤其是比賽門票：自己買120人民幣，他們買800多，就是對了個接送。

The hotel is excellent. Service from all the staff was excellent. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Great location right across the street from Copacabana beach. View from the rooftop pool/bar is incredible! Great place to spend a few days in Rio. Plus if you want to go to Ipanema beach it is an easy walk of about 5 blocks. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Recommended 100%

This is not a 5 star hotel. And not well maintained. Check in time is at 3 pm we were given a room 2 hours 40 minutes latee asked why no reply. One elevator is out of order for some time were told a spare part needed must he brought from Germany so it is not working for sometime and the 2 others have an erratic behavior not to mention the delay in goimg up and down ( up to 9 minutes) we had a suite the balcony door was stuck and deemed impossible to repair by the staff, toilet was Japanese electric terrible noise for a long time after. Not once was the mikibar refilled. We were charged a 2nd time the room charge staff told us per ******* payment should be done on check in they apologized on check out their mistake still waiting for the credit to arrive. Staff not smiling or greeting guests entering they orefer to talk to each other even at the reception. Food mediocre. No this is not a 5 star experience
