這個酒店服務員還是不錯的，但是整個酒店讓我很生氣，1、1600多rmb的房子我以為很舒適很新，實際上很小很舊、 還不如我在危地馬拉城的wyndham酒店乾淨又大！小的我連化粧的地方都沒有！！收700多也就夠了！居然敢要1600多一晚！！！！ 2、最可氣的是我要提前兩天退房修改訂單死活都拒絕❌一分不退！ 我在邁阿密的酒店人家説改就改了！老美都這麼痛快！ 這個破酒店死活都不退錢！！兩晚上3000多就這麼把着不退！真是缺錢缺死是嗎！！！ 3、酒店就是夾在倆口中間的民房， 4、辦check in費死勁！3個桌子都不知道到底哪個是check in 哪個是check out！！！排隊排一幫人煩死！！ 5、最可氣的就是這酒店不退錢！大家千萬別多定！！ 但你一天一天的定還會沒房！ 里約雖美 但是也夠煩的 哪來的這麼多歐洲遊客也是擠死！ 最好把兩晚上3000塊錢退我！ 6、洗澡水壓力一般般，不大

Great hotel with a great location - besides being on Copacabana, Ipanema is also within walking distance. The room was very clean, and you also have great French cosmetics Lóccitane for hair and body. I have no words to describe the great breakfast, which was very rich! I am very happy with my 5-day stay here and would come back again.Free chairs and umbrella on the beach.Amazing view from the bar and rooftop pool.Most delisious coffe I've had her in Rio.

Overall good hotel at a nice location (beach). Gym is exceptional for hotel gyms.
However don't expect european standards there. Didn't try breakfast

Location is great, room is quite spacious, my friends had a leak in the shower however. Unfortunately the process for check in and check out is poorly organised, takes sooooo long , it is ridiculous

We didn’t have shampoo in our room and only 3 towels for 2 persons. It’s strange for 4 stars hotel. Smells in room was like mold. If I will go to Rio again, I choose another hotel.

The onsite restaurant services are very slow. Also when requesting something they take far longer than normal to deliver things to the room
