Ar condicionado não funciona direito, nem telefone do quarto. Quase nunca atendem telefone quando vc liga pro hotel. Só recomendo pra quem vai passar uns 2 dias na cidade."

"Staying at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; all the good reviews must be fake. The room had a disgusting smell: cigarettes, dirt, dust, and everything else. Someone was trying to break into our room at night, so there was no security whatsoever. Taking a shower was impossible because the showerhead looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the hotel opened. The towels in the bathroom looked like they'd been used to mop the floor; they were threadbare and dirty. Honestly, this isn't a 4-star hotel; it's a low-quality hostel with no security and indifferent staff. At breakfast, flies were buzzing over the food, and the quality was incredibly low. The only nice thing was the panoramic view of the beach, and that's it!"
