Hotel Tabasco Rio

The hotel is close to the docks, so it is easy to access for the tour. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The rooms do not have silent walls, so you can hear everything from the room above and to the sides; if you are on the ground floor, you can hear everything from the hallway and you cannot sleep.

spacious and clean rooms, bathroom without window. Friendly reception staff, they offer hot drinks all day but no breakfast. Convenient location, central, a stone's throw from the port and the clubs. During the Dia de Los Muertos period it is nicely decorated.

Tiny rooms. The bed linen is grey, the bathroom has traces of mould and the plumbing is old, no privacy, one window overlooks the shabby roofs, the other overlooks the hotel corridor. Very noisy, we were woken up at 6am by a disrespectful group, we have to wait until 8am for breakfast, avoid

We stayed in this very central hotel for 1 night! For the price it is very good and above all it is central! The rooms are in good condition, they just need to change some accessories in the bathrooms that are already very deteriorated. The reception service is very good. Rio Lagartos is a beautiful place worth visiting. What impressed me was the water pressure in the shower!!! IMPRESSIVELY STRONG

Ich kann nur abraten und verstehe die positiven Bewertungen nicht. Die Wände und Türen sind super dünn und man hört jedes Wort, sowohl von draußen als auch von drinnen. Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber dem zentralen und überdachten Basketball-Platz, wo sich Alle treffen, sich unterhalten, diverse Vereine üben, Sport gemacht wird, usw. In unserem Fall hat der örtliche Tanzverein für Karneval geübt- Beginn: 01:30 Uhr nachts! Ende um 04: 00 Uhr nachts! Vollgas Musik und Geschrei. Um 7 Uhr haben dann die Damen der Rezeption und die Putzfrauen lautstark ihr gemeinsames Frühstück eingenommen und vor sich hin geschnattert. Wir haben uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht und sind dann vorzeitig abgereist, nachdem wir völlig übermüdet waren. Ich habe mich an der Rezeption beschwert und erklärt, warum wir vorzeitig gehen. Immerhin wurde uns zumindest ein Teil der zweiten Übernachtung erstattet, die wir nicht mehr dort verbrachten. Auf den ersten Blick war das Zimmer ganz schön und sauber. Aber nach einigen Minuten vor Ort entdeckte Man doch schnell größere Mängel (nicht vollständig schließende Balkontür, viel Dreck auf den Balkonmöbeln, Wasser auf dem Boden im Zimmer vom Regen davor, völlig verdreckter Teppichboden auf den Stufen des Treppenhauses, usw.) Auf den ersten Blick schön, aber tatsächlich keinen Cent wert aus unserer Sicht. Keine Ahnung wie die guten Bewertungen hier zustande kommen.
