Everything is top notch. Elegant is a word that comes to mind. As soon as you enter we were stunned by the courtyard. The staff is very courteous and professional and the rooms were perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Yes this hotel has a poor location on a noisy road but our room and the staff were lovely. We only stayed one night on our journey from Riobamba to Cuenca and staying in Riobamba would have been difficult with parking.

Pro: this hotel is really beautiful, rooms are good and the breakfast plentiful. Contra: it is situated very far from the city center, so there is no possibility of going somewhere to dine. What they are preparing in the bar is meagre, and the service there so-so.

The hotel is rather cute with its flowery patio. We did not find the spa, I did not understand if it was still closed or if you had to pay to access it. Not a huge choice at breakfast. Not terrible restaurant, dry and hard meat, industrial dessert. Bathroom quite old, and above all there is no heating system in the room so we were cold, especially since the patio doors opened to the outside so the cold came in.

Un lugar muy cómodo tranquilo y relajante. Instalaciones de primera, habitaciones cómodas y comida deliciosa! Una muy buena experiencia para ir a Riobamba y estar al mismo tiempo desconectado del stress de la ciudad al tiempo que es esta muy cerca de todo!

Maison chargée d'histoire magnifiquement restaurée en plein coeur de la vieille ville (mais au calme). Chambres luxueuses parfaitement équipées, décoration soignée, literie irréprochable. Petit déjeuner copieux entièrement fait maison (jusqu'aux viennoiseries !) Des hôtes charmants et accueillants attachés aux valeurs de l'île.

Todo desde la llegado nos recibieron increíble y los precios son muy accesibles con instalaciones de primera. En todo el hotel se queda impregnado un aroma muy peculiar y agradable, sobre todo cerca del volcán el altar y chimborazo. Me encanto

Estuvimos en el reciente feriado en Riobamba. Casa Real nos acogió, sus habitaciones súper cómodas, nos recibieron con un delicioso canelazo. Además disfrutamos mucho de la piscina, hubo cocteles y el personal tan atento. No se diga el desayuno, muy completo, con pan y granola hecha en casa. Nos ha cautivado sobre todo el desmedido cuidado de María del Carmen Borja, su administradora, quien de inicio a fin estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Al finalizar nuestra estancia ella hasta nos mandó dulces para el camino de regreso. A esto le llamo calidad, nos hecho sentir como en una verdadera casa real. Estaremos pronto de vuelta
