I chose this hotel because it was shown to have a restaurant. (I am disabled and do not want to go out after a long drive.) I was very disappointed that the restaurant is always closed at the weekend.

Very convenient for a stopover when driving through France. Staff were excellent when checking in late, and the next morning at breakfast. No complaints.

We always stop at the campanile in Riom as Riom is a good stopping point on the way to the south of France and the campanile has always been good value. The rooms have the appropriate facilities with plentiful hot waters and blinds to keep the rooms dark and quiet. The food is exceptionally good value. There is usually an excellent hot buffet, not available this time sadly as there were too few guests. The food we did have was plentiful and good quality.

No service for the room on the 25th but no discount on the price External stairs dirty Bedroom carpet dirty Curtains are so old Painting is dirty Overall service is bad It needs a full refurbishment . It should be closed

This was our first time back in France since lockdown. We have generally stayed here on our way down to Le Boulou where we have a house. We were glad to see nothing fundamental had changed. There is still an excellent value and quality evening buffet. The rooms are quiet with good facilities. The hotels Covid protocols inspired a feeling of safety and security. Its location about half a mile from the péage is very convenient. The 12am checkout was very much appreciated as well!

Good value place to stay.
Friendly staff.
Especially liked having the bath, which i will remember to request next time. So many hotels only have showers now.
