Overall cleanliness could be improved
The first room given by the service staff, when I walked in, there were still tenants in it😱
I quickly changed to another room.
Toothpaste and toothbrush are not offered
Standing in the bathtub and showering, you can feel that the bathtub is not clean.
There is a very minimal breakfast bar for convenience in the morning.
The service staff is quite considerate and polite.

The hotel was good for the price. Our room was clean, and the breakfast was good. I wanted something close to Rosemont Il that was not too pricey and this was a good stop.

Dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, run down, broken TV, smelled bad, freezing cold room. Spend a few extra dollars and stay at a better place.

Everything was great however i had to pull out the air filters and clean them myself. I don't think the hotel realizes this is a fire hazard as well as a hazard to those with allergies and asthma. Otherwise staff was pleasant and quick to assist. A little noisy on the first floor due to all the vehicles in the parking lot. However i would still go back if i needed a cheap hotel in a pinch.

The motel is fairly close and convenient to O'Hare airport. But it is quite isolated, with almost no nearby residential and commercial development. From the outside, the property is well lit and appears decently maintained. Our room was a different story. There were dead cockroaches outside and inside the door, and inside the rug was very worn and stained in multiple areas. The bathroom was outdated and my bath towel was threadbare and had dirt spots on it. Basically, the room need a deep clean, and new carpet and towels. And an exterminator. Sorry for the bad review. I have stayed at other Super 8 motels that were very clean and well maintained, but this one is an outlier.
