Super 8 by Wyndham Riverside/Kansas City

Bedbugs. Do not go here. Terrible smells, dirty everything. No staff around to help, I suspect they live in hotel. I stayed here about 8 years ago after a wedding and it was great. Booked it again for same reason and was appalled. I still feel sick thinking about this place. They also charged $20 higher than advertised for having 2 people when I booked a double room. Makes no sense. I peeked at the breakfast options with absolutely zero plan on eating because I didnt trust a thing to be sanitary at this point.They gas like 3 pieces of bread and some cereal in a dispenser. I stayed here because I'd been drinking and left as soon as I'd sobered up. Stay far away from this property

The bed was extremely lumpy! The room was dirty and not maintained ! My room was very cold when we arrived , the heat wasn’t on! The refrigerator was not cold. The staff however was nice at checking in

This facility is the most accommodating stay I have ever had the staff was very courteous and helpful making sure that we had all of our amenities even before we ask about them parking was very convenient right outside the door. the room tempature climate control was the most comfortable needing zero adjustment. Everything was provided in abundance without even asking along with the three delicious morning breakfast

The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained I highly recommend this motel. Breakfast was good and front desk is very helpful. This motel is a hidden gem that I will definitely return to on my next trip. Thank you for a memorable stay!

This hotel changed us $25 for our dog and you have to stay in a smoking room. Yuk! Not pet friendly. The electrical outlets were scarce and some did not work. To power my computer I had to open a cabinet to get a the plug and the door was broken. The pool is outside and was closed even though it was 80 degrees outside. I had trouble getting on the internet and had to be helped as my computer tried to get on a hotel WiFi that had no internet. Once on the right one the internet was fast enough for streaming.

I had a great stay at this motel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I liked the free breakfast and the wifi. The price was reasonable for the quality. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone looking for a good place to stay.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at! Mold on shower curtain, faucets were corroded and cold barely came out of sink, carpet was ripped, hair in shower from previous guest, smell in room was terrible. I could go on and on. Please don’t make the same mistake we did by booking and staying here.

Would not recommend for anyone. The room was dirty, lots of hair on the brown blanket, sink was dirty and wouldn’t drain (I fixed the sink myself so I could brush my teeth and wash my hands). Paint chipping and falling off from the ceiling, tub was filthy, curtain had paint on it from when they painted the walls and didn’t bother moving the curtain. Then when I woke up I figured at least there’s breakfast and I can check out of here….then I saw a hair on the waffles. I couldn’t leave quick enough. Don’t recommend anyone to stay here…ever.

This hotel was ok. It’s the after experience that I had problems with. This hotel claims to be pet friendly but will charge $100 for pets. The people that work there are severely afraid of all dogs. Mine is small and friendly and quiet. They back charged us after we left the hotel as well. There was no pool available to us.
