This was by far the most terrible hotel experience I have ever had, and I travel a lot. When we arrived, the receptionist claimed that we had no reservation at all, despite the fact that we had booked one week in advance and had full confirmation. They initially refused to give us a room, and I had to repeatedly prove that our booking existed. Only after a long and frustrating argument did they finally “find” it, explaining that they only check reservations from *********** and somehow didn’t notice ours. Completely unprofessional. Even after this, we had to wait over an hour before getting the room, which they said was “ready” — but it clearly was not. The room was completely empty: No towels No toilet paper No shower gel or soap No drinking water No toothbrush No hairdryer The room telephone didn’t work I even wrote a list on paper of the missing basic items and handed it to them. They still couldn’t manage to deliver even the essentials. Reception didn’t seem to understand what we were asking for and was rude instead of helpful. On top of that: no food at all. There were no meals provided, and worse, there was no realistic option nearby either — no decent chance to get food around the property, especially late or after check-in. For a hotel, this is unacceptable and extremely inconvenient. The hotel also looks horrible from the outside. One entrance was under construction, and the other side of the building also looked like a construction site. From the street it honestly looks like garbage — even the taxi driver thought he brought us to the wrong place. Sleeping was impossible. Construction noise continued night after night, including heavy digging and an air hammer early in the morning (around 7 a.m.). We couldn’t sleep any night. I repeatedly asked them to call and arrange another room, but they did nothing — just empty promises and lies. When we returned later, another receptionist claimed they knew nothing about any promise made. Zero accountability. To make matters worse, the shower drain did not work properly. With even the smallest shower, the entire bathroom flooded, and the toilet door could not be opened due to the water. The entire staff was unpleasant, unhelpful, and unfriendly from start to finish. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality, competence, or responsibility. This place should not be called a hotel. It was chaotic, poorly managed, and hostile to guests. Horrible experience – dirty room, bedbugs, and dishonest management. I booked this hotel through Trip.com and was shocked by what I found. The room was disgusting — full of dust, dirt, and even bedbugs. The window was left open, bugs everywhere, and the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. When I went to the front desk, the lady told me to cancel the reservation and said I’d get a full refund. Later, I spoke with the manager, Mohammad, who confirmed in our conversation that he would honor the full refund. I even have a screenshot of the chat showing his confirmation. But after that, he told Trip.com that he wouldn’t issue the refund — completely lying about what he said. Trip.com then rejected my refund request despite the clear proof. It’s shocking that Trip.com continues to list this place — dirty, full of bedbugs, and run by people who mislead customers. This was an unprofessional and dishonest experience from both the hotel and Trip.com. Avoid this place at all costs.
