This was my third stay in this hotel within a month. Will I stay again if I’m in Rizhao - definitely a YES. Front desk staff is helpful although most seems were quite new on the job. The hotel is very updated in term of technology. Lights are turn on automatically when you enter the room and curtains open up automatically with day light. My only complaint is the air conditioning system is not fast enough in cooling down the room. Breakfast is delightful. Location is good with plenty of eateries and shopping within a short hop. Highly recommend to others

From the hotel in the Lighthouse Scenic Area to the city, I still have great expectations for the Kapok Hotel. The environment is really good. The lobby is not only grand, but also very literary, which is the tone I like. But the check-in was full of twists and turns. First, the room type I stayed in was wrong. Then, because the aunt had not finished cleaning, I temporarily went to other rooms to rest and wait. In the middle, I was the main one from the hotel in the Lighthouse Scenic Area to the city. I still have great expectations for the Kapok Hotel. The environment is really good. The lobby is not only grand, but also very literary, which is the tone I like. But the check-in was full of twists and turns. First, the room type I stayed in was wrong. Then, because the aunt had not finished cleaning, I temporarily went to other rooms to rest and wait. In the middle, I took the initiative to communicate by phone. Even if the room was cleaned up, I was not contacted in the first time. I needed to take the initiative to ask. At that time, the family of three was very angry, because at least three hours were wasted in the afternoon, so the impression score was really bad. Then after entering the room, I didn’t find the welcome fruit, which was clearly stated in the order. There was a peculiar smell in the wash basin area. When I went out to visit scenic spots, I reported it to the front desk. Later, it was improved by spraying perfume + opening the window. Although there is a bathtub, there is no bath bag. Although it is a family suite, there are only two toiletries by default, and the details are still not good enough. Fortunately, the geographical advantage of his house is really outstanding. Next door is the Mixc, so there is no need to worry about eating and drinking. The breakfast content is also OK, and I ate freshly made pancakes. Communicate with the front desk in advance and agree to the request for delayed check-out. In addition, a beautiful souvenir was given at check-out, which finally improved the initial impression score. During the May Day holiday, I took my family to stay at Kapok Hotel. I have to say that from the environment to the decoration to the service, everything made us very satisfied! It happened to be my husband's birthday, and I asked the hotel to help decorate it. It was also very aesthetic ~ very pleasantly surprised! A very good experience, recommended!

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient dining and going everywhere. There is a park opposite. The guest rooms are equipped with five bottles of water every day, which is a very user-friendly detail. Special thanks to the concierge for helping us carry our suitcases.

The hotel is not far from Wanpingkou Scenic Area and Lighthouse. You can spend a day there.
