Great stay. Lets do even better
Great stay great place. 5 stars. But if you really want to get picky, there is room for improvement:
1. Add shade curtains.
2. Raise beds higher.
3. Clean/wipe counters better.
4. Dont leave stinky cleaning carts in the basement apartments hallway. Its stinky.
5. Add a bidet would be a plus.

I love that this is a repurposed elementary school! It was clean, roomy for the two of us (and our dogs). Plenty of grassy area. We are notbeer drinkers but the brewery is a great idea and looked like a nice patio to hang out in if it had been warmer. It is also convenient for a quick drive to downtown.
We have already referred a friend to this place and would stay again if we return to Roanoke.

Overall the stay was great clean and felt safe but when we arrived and got settled in we noticed we didn’t have any wash cloths and tried to email but no response.

I recently returned from my stay at West End Flats. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. The unit was clean and very well maintained. I felt very safe. And the building is charming being it’s an old elementary school building. Communication was swift and reliant. I forgot a few things in the unit and they are shipping them to me no questions asked. That is outstanding customer service. If I could rate it more than 5 stars.. I would! Thank you West End Flats!!

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a getaway. Free parking, full kitchen, brewery on site. Approximately 750 square feet of space compared to your normal hotel or 250 square feet, 65” TVs in both the bedroom and living room. Free washer and dryer in each unit
