Aldersyde Bed & Breakfast

By far our best accomodation on the whole Coast-to-Coast walk. Spacious room, comfortable bed and a delicous breakfast. Lovely furnishings and decorations. Angela and Neil are extremely helpful. Thank you so much!

We had a 3 day break at Aldersyde at the end of September, along with another couple. We were all made to feel very welcome - Ange and Neil were extremely hospitable and made sure that we were able to make the most of our time in Robin Hood Bay. Their local knowledge was invaluable to us - we had some lovely meals out thanks to their recommendations (we would have had no real idea where to go!) and the two coastal walks we did were amazing - we were extremely lucky with the weather which was the icing on the cake! The accommodation itself was very comfortable and spotlessly clean - our hosts clearly take great pride in their beautiful B&B. And what can I say about the breakfasts? The food was delicious and we didn't need anything more to eat until our evening meal! Thanks Ange and Neil - we'll be back!

10/10 perfect place to stay in Robin Hoods Bay What an incredible place, with excellent hosts. Everything was perfect and the property had all you could need. Angela and Neil were very welcoming, both my partner and I commented on how homely and comfortable we felt in the property, the rooms are beautifully decorated and bed was very comfortable Breakfast was amazing and a nice variety all made to order Will certainly be staying again when visiting Robin hoods bay, thank you Angela and Neil

The perfect place to stay! You're greeted by the loveliest hosts, shown through a beautifully decorated house to your room which is modern and fresh. We had a sea view which was lovely. The bed was super comfortable, great pillows and we had two great nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent quality and we left feeling full for the day ahead. A wonderful stay and we can't wait to return.

A relaxing and enjoyable stay at Aldersyde Bed and Breakfast. The accommodation was well situated only a few minutes from Robin Hood’s Bay old town with lots of food and drinks options. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and our room on the top floor had a great sea view. The room was very peaceful and we unusually managed nine hours uninterrupted sleep both nights. Breakfast, cooked by Neil, was very tasty. Full cooked breakfast the first morning and salmon with scrambled eggs the second. Delicious. Our host Angela and Neill couldn’t have been more helpful. Great local knowledge and suggestions of things to do. We walked from Robin Hood’s Bay to Whitby on the Cleveland Way. Spectacular cliff top views and a great day out. Thank you.
