This place is a little gem, about a ten minute walk from the centre of the village. Comfortable room and bed and a fabulous vegetarian breakfast with home-baked bread. Janet is a welcoming host and gave us plenty of useful information about places to visit and eat out. A lovely stay!

A warm welcome and a comfortable stay in a generous King Size bed. Quiet and peaceful with lovely view from the bed. Breakfast was tasty and the home made sourdough a particularly welcome bonus. Local pub served good food and easy bus rides to nearby towns. About a 20 minutes walk to Robin Hoods Bay, through the village or along the Cinder Path...either way, beautiful countryside.

A lovely welcoming guest house super kingsize bed clean warm , great location on bus routes to whitby and Scarborough. The local pubs did great pub food and good beers.close to Robin hood bay, good walk along the cinder track ( old railway line )back to whitby

This was a beautiful place to stay. The house is amazing, quirky and very comfortable. The bedroom is cosy but spacious with a comfy sofa. There's also a lush garden to sit in too. Janet was very helpful and kind. The vegetarian breakfast was beautifully cooked and served in a lovely dining room. It's about 20 minutes walk into Robin Hood's Bay. Definitely recommend!

Janet and Steve are great hosts, extremely helpful throughout our stay. This is a lovely place very well located for exploring the local area and for the short walk down to Robin Hoods Bay. The room was large and very comfortable/ welcoming. Breakfasts are very nice indeed.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay, at Thorpe Green House Very spacious room It was very clean and tidy, hosts were very friendly. The only issue we had was they need blackout curtains light just poured in Not Far from Robin Hoods bay about a 20 minute walk downhill. There was a post office on station Road which was nearer the beach, which sold a few vegan pastries which was a bonus.

The hosts, Janet and Steve were very welcoming and their home was beautiful. They had plenty of information about the area and we’re always on hand to chat with. We loved staying at the Thorpe Green House vegetarian b&b and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Great accommodation, host and veggie breakfast. Room was very comfortable and fairly spacious. Nice ensuite with good shower. Convenient location for going out. Would highly recommend if you are visiting Robin Hoods Bay.
