The experience was great, the staff was more than friendly, the food excellent. Incredible location, nice and peaceful, surrounded by mountains, the hotel was the only building in the valley. Everything was perfect.

Bella esperienza,personale gentile e simpatico. Animazioni interattive per giovani e adulti,comodità poiché è attaccato alle piste. Unica pecca camera molto calda. Camere pulite,servizi eccezionali,colazione buona,ricca e completa.

L’hotel è molto ben posizionato , con camere semplici ma ospitali e spazi comodi per passare la giornata anche per chi non scia tutto il giorno , con mini club e animazione ( di cui però non abbiamo usufruito ) e comode sale anche con camino , ma la grande forza , il grande pregio che fa la differenza e’ il personale : dalla reception ai camerieri di sala ( meno il maitre , il cui atteggiamento è anche a volte le secche risposte , stona con il resto del personale) sempre estremamente gentili e disponibili , oltre che professionalmente preparati ed efficienti , continuamente presenti per ogni richiesta; anche le pulizie delle stanze vengono effettuate con attenzione e una generosa dose di cortesia ( che non guasta ) . La cucina è degna di nota positiva per qualità e quantità ( unica serata migliorabile e’ quella abruzzese per mancanza di scelta e tempi di attesa ai tavoli molto più lunghi del solito ) dalla colazione alla cena , davvero memorabile . Complimenti ai gestori e spero di ritornarci presto

carissimo il personale è arrogante e scostumato. In commercio si sta con il sorriso e con educazione, per i prezzi che hanno, almeno 3 volte del normale, manco a Cortina, dovrebbero essere super felici. I nostri soldi portiamoli altrove..

Ottima posizione per sciare, accesso diretto alle piste, per comprare skypass e per il noleggio sci. Camere comode e pulite. Personale molto gentile e cordiale. Ristorante con buon cibo e camerieri molto gentili e attenti a ogni esigenza, atmosfera molto accogliente.

Hotel molto bello e curato direttamente sulle piste con deposito sci davanti all’impianto di risalita. L’hotel è pulito curato e gestito nel migliore dei modi dalla reception, segreteria, bar, ristorante e servizio pulizie. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Francesco ed ai ragazzi dell’animazione che allietano le vostre giornate, vi portano a fare sciate di gruppo per tutto il comprensorio, fanno divertire i vostri figli e organizzano giochi aperitivi e spettacoli che rendono piacevole ogni momento del soggiorno.

Soggiornato dal 2 al 7 feb 2025 T U T T O E C C E L L E N T E !! Sono ormai diversi anni che mi concedo questa piccola vacanza-sci all'hotel Pizzalto soprattutto x l'eccellenza del trattamento tutto: Personale di sala molto educato e prontamente disponibili in particolare il giovane Costanzo simpatico e pronto a risolvere eventuali esigenze di gusto ...come anche il bravo Luigi e la bravissima Rossella. Una nota molto particolare al direttore Matteo: semplicemente molto in gamba a gestire il tutto con la sua eccellente qualità di Supervisor Cibo ottimo..lo chef è molto bravo. Tutto il personale reception molto educato e gentilissimi!
