The room was in a separate small building, just rooms and lift, no hotel atmosphere. No coffee/tea facility. Jacuzzi with hand shower cleaning is performed in 5 minutes and not thorough.Location is good lots of restaurants/ coffee shops.

I was not expecting to stay in a side building made of bedrooms.
It did not feel like a hotel at all. Just a bedroom in a building.
When l asked why not staying in the small hotel building, the answer was l don’t have a choice or preference.????

We had a room in the new part of the hotel facing the street which was rather hot with hardly any air circulation. They had put in a small ventilator which didn’t help much. We also missed a water cattle or coffeemaker in the room. Breakfast was great and very extensive with nice and friendly staff.

Hotel is in a lovely area. We went out and ate in a restaurant in town. We also felt €15 was expensive for a simple buffet breakfast so we went to a local coffee shop for fresh croissants and coffee. Our room was in the attic of the annex rather than the hotel which was a bit disappointing but it did have a lovely comfortable bed and a wonderful jacuzzi bath , just a shower head over the bath. Bonus was the use of pool, sauna and steam room.

Despite emailing on three occasions to request a room suitable for someone with a disability, we were placed in a room that could only be reached using stairs. Despite the fact that these emails did not bounce back we were told that they had not been received. We expected the convenience of a meal at the hotel as promised on the ******* website. Apparently these have not been available since January.

Very friendly staff and excellent breakfasts but the restaurant has been shut for many months so we had to have finner elsewhere

We were excited to stay at the La Malle Poste for our anniversary. We booked a room in their annex and was asked if we would like to upgrade to the main hotel the day before our arrival. We accepted the upgrade only to find out on our arrival that the shower was NOT operating. There was a bathtub with a shower hose we could use. For a tall person that is not something to look forward to. The bathroom and room were very spacious. Breakfast was nice, I feel the scrambled eggs were from a box, nothing I have had before and at this level of a hotel.

Même s'ils étaient en vacances une partie du temps, ils auraient pu répondre à leur retour ou répondre aux messages à leur retour. beurk! Service 5 étoiles sans aucune hésitation ! Quelle Belle découverte ! Un hotel de charme idéalement situé dans le centre de Rochefort, à deux pas de toutes les commodtés mais dans un environnement calme et apaisant. La décoration, tant en chambre que dans les différents petits salons, est digne des meilleurs catalogues. Le service et la gentillesse de tout le personnel est particulièrement apréciable. Ils n'hésitent pas à se couper en quatre pour rendre votre séjour exceptionnel. Un problème d'intolérance alimentaire ( gluten , lactose ) ne posera aucun souci dans l'élaboration d'un petit déjeuner sur mesure, juste pour vous. Le welness est cosy et d'une propreté irréprochable( piscine, sauna, hammam) pour une séance de détente absolue. Les serviettes vous attendent déjà sur les transats. Le peignoir et chaussons préparés dans votre chambre. La chambre est confortable ( nous avions choisi une petite chambre dans " la maison du cocher " ) avec Tv , ventillateur, mini bar, penderie, coffre fort, et une belle vue sur le jardin à la française. Dans le jardin, une grande pergola vous abritera les jours de canicules. Si vous souhaitez boire un apéritif, en plus du large choix de boissons , vous trouverez toujours un emplacement idéal ( trois salons, une cave voutée, un bar, une terrasse et un jardin ).
