The staff were wonderful to talk with and were helpful. The room was dated but clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and the kids had a good time. The only disappointment was when we went swimming, in the morning before check out, we found out the waterside didn’t open until 4 pm. I never saw that info online.

There was sketch activity going on with letting people in at all hour of the night. People waiting or hanging out in the stair well of door 5, and scream fest in the hall way. Lots of door slamming.

Something has changed at this location where it does not feel safe. There are some sketchy activities going on in the back area of the motel with people coming in after hours at night and hanging out in the stair wells. Also more domestics and door slamming.

The staff was courteous. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Pool area looked very nice. The room was run down, smelled musty, and there was visible grime in the bathroom floor corners. Overall would rather avoid this hotel until they renovate the rooms.

Great overall experience. The only negative was the unruly children running through the halls and being obnoxious. I don't blame the facility or staff for this, but it would have been nice to see them talking to parents and redirecting the atrocious behaviors.

No towels (ever), run down, old, no service except front desk, exercise equipment run down with no cleaning supplies and hot. The pool was great for our 7 year-old, thank goodness for the slide. However, the management needs to be fired…the pool guy looked like a **** (why didn’t he have a uniform…just looked like some creepy dude pouring chemicals in the pool and brought 8 pool towels (when there were 9 people at the pool. I think people just came in and used the pool but didn’t stay. Also, we had police in the foyer arresting people on both days we stayed!

The property employees are nice and room was nice. Easy parking and a great bar and grill. I would stay here again.
