Additional seating is available at the kitchen bar. There is covered and fenced in parking for one vehicle with ample room for others in front of the house. There is also room to park your boat. Everyone can enjoy a rousing game of corn hole or yard darts or just relax on the porch swing while enjoying your favorite sporting event on the outdoor tv all while cooking your catch of the day on the propane grill.
