The room was clean, the stay was quiet, the staff was friendly and the morning breakfast really hit the spot!

I called to notify the staff that I would not be checking in for the first night. It took 30 minutes to get to someone who told me that my reservation would be cancelled due to no call no show, again, I CALLED TO COMMUNICATE THIS MESSAGE. every person I spoke with was useless.

The room was very clean, however the heater wasn't working and the bed was very hard, blankets were thin.

Everything about the stay was great—professional and friendly staff, clean rooms—I felt comfortable and safe.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, the amenities were great, and the staff was very professional and welcoming.

Upon arrival the receptionist was very friendly and checked us in promptly. Our handicap accessible room was fine. However the shower pan was poorly designed, the shower curtain was too short and allowed the water to get onto the floor (it had a drainage).

Front desk refused to bring towels “he was too busy and was the only one there”. Waited so long at front desk AGAIN for someone to come and acknowledge me, I just left without checking out. It’s crazy how this is such a small hotel and the staff was so not interested in helping when compared to bigger hotels, The staff is never “too busy“

I checked out early in the morning so, I did not have the chance to try the breakfast! The location is convenient, building is nice, clean and the staff were helpful!
