Das Hotel ist in die Weinberge gebaut und hat uns optisch nicht gefallen.
Gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen.
Zum Stadtkern nach Volkach ist es zu Fuß zu weit.
Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Jedoch wurde die Lage des Zimmers nur erklärt um dann selbst - ohne Hilfe beim Gepäck - auf das Zimmer zu gehen.
Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und ansprechend gestaltet. Auch ein sehr großer Balkon zu den Weinbergen.
Leider nur ein ganz, ganz kleiner offener Schrank vorhanden.
Doppelbett gebucht - zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten bekommen.
Zimmerreinigung nur wenn Karte an der Tür hängt - und es dauert lange bis es gemacht wird. Wenn man dann wieder im Zimmer ist, wird man gebeten in der Zwischenzeit auf den Balkon zu gehen. Auch keine frischen Handtücher...
Spa-Bereich sehr schön, besonders die Schwebeliegen sind sehr angenehm. Schwimmbereich mit Massagedüsen schön und ausreichend. Saunenbereich schön.
Frühstück: sehr guter Kaffe in verschiedenen Variationen, Säfte gut, gute Käse und Wurstauswahl. Die angebotenen Lebensmittel sind gut aber es gibt nichts besonderes (kein Lachs, kein Glas Sekt).
Das Hotel ist noch sehr neu und möchte modern wirken.
Im Ganzen war der Aufenthalt "Okay" aber mehr auch nicht.

We were travelling to the hotel for a football tournament. Unfortunately, our rooms weren't ready at check-in time, so I had to wait in the lobby for over an hour. In addition, the room cards were then coded incorrectly, which was repeated the following day. The goodwill at reception was commendable because we had to change our booking. The food is very meat-heavy, but other alternatives are also offered. However, I found the breakfast very good. The pool and spa area with the rooftop area was excellent, and the saunas were very nice. We liked the fact that the car park was very close to the hotel. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Die Lage in den Weinbergen ist schön, das Hotel ist mit 340€/nacht viel zu teuer für die gebotene Leistung. Das Zimmer ist pragmatisch, wird während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Sauberkeit war nur oberflächlich gegeben. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr übersichtlich, Handtücher gibt es keine außer denen auf dem Zimmer. Der Speisebereich im EG hat den Charme einer Kantine, dazu passt das Essen auf Kantinenniveau. Buffet klein und mit Gedränge beim Frühstück wie auch Abendessen.
