We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at the hotel. Food was good and staff was very friendly and kind. The room had amazing sea view which was a total delight for the eyes and mind. The whole property was beautifully nested within nature.

Had a fabulous stay! Returned after 23 years, was a very relaxing stay, amazing local food every night and a lovely spread. Got fresh towels and room service was nice. Hotel transfers and available bus tours made everything so easy we had nothing more to take care of!

Very enjoyable experience..Food, entertainment and service was very good..Staffs doing their upmost best to satisfy guests needs. Hat’s off to the GM, Mr Ashok, for his presence and making sure that the guest are being looked after. Will definitely be back, for a third visit ☺️

It's my second visit to Cotton Bay. Food was awesome, just all of them. Room was clean and staff members very friendly. The night shows were great too, I love the calmness over here. Definitely the place to be!

Most humble and genuine staffs..We have a very nice stay to celebrate my son's 15th birthday..Service and food were excellent and we will be definitely be back. Special thank you to the GM, Mr Ashok..Always present and taking care of the guests.

Awesome family reunion at this marvellous Resort. Old but well maintained, spotless clean and service orientated staff, overall fully satisfied unlike many negative comments. You must be a positive minded person to like many positivities at this place to be. You are among the few best folks, keep up the good work, Well done. The worst hotel ever , this hotel need high maintenance. We paid a fortune to be un happy and unsatisfied. Here are why we said that this hotel is not worth the price and its a bad hotel. - Hot water is available on a scheduled basis, we came on honeymoon and we need to wake up early to have hot water to bath - The room 513 was dusty and the bed was not that great on the looks - On our arrival the gave us a cover to sleep and while using the cover the cover was full of dust and it made me sick during our stay i had to make complaint to have another cover - the pool is in a bad state where fiber glass is applied everywhere and we got injured with it I don’t recommend people to go there unless the repairs are fully done

Hi I am actually staying at cotton at the moment and I am living a nightmare. I am begging anyone who is thinking to come here don’t come. The hotel is outdated and dirty. The reception staff (Kevin) and the duty manager on the evening the 20/7 was rude and didn’t careless about customer service . I can’t mention his name as he refused to give me his name. The hotel has not got hot water for shower. After complaining for over an hour and not getting anywhere we finally gave up and decided to wait till morning.A baby bath was given to us to boil water and shower. I have a video of the filthy toilet and common area and broken tennis table and other things but unfortunately can’t upload videos.

Had a nice time along with family. Most of the staff were caring and helped to ensure customer satisfaction. Choice of food was good. Room service was as expected and up to the standard. The Front Office Staff were very helpful and provided a dedicated service. The Hotel also provided Chilren's menus which were prepared well before dinner time...
