Shakespeare Festival in Ashland is nearby and Hellgate Jetboat Excursion in Grants Pass only 10 miles away. Newly remodeled, large kitchen with island, gas range and double oven. Kitchen, dining room, private outdoor deck and patio seating all overlooking the river! Enjoy your own private river access where you can fish from the shore or raft/
swim, there's also a boat launch less than 1 mi away at Coyote Evans Park, where you will also find a greenway for miles of biking/walking along the river. This home has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the majority of the rooms directly overlooking the beautiful Rogue River. 3 bedrooms (king, queen and full) are located upstairs as well as a full bath with tub/shower. 2 bedrooms (futon and full/twin bunk) and a full bathroom are located on the main floor. This is a large home with an adjoining 2 bd guest unit rented separately. No shared spaces. Large yard with patio, firepit, BBQ and large deck for entertaining. Private river access (path to river is short but moderately steep). Full laundry and plenty of parking. Picture perfect and thoughtfully cared for
We stayed here to go to a wedding nearby and the home and location were both wonderful. The house was so thoughtfully arranged with extra details that go above and beyond. The kitchen was stocked with supplies and equipment that made it feel like home. There were plenty of towels and linens. Everything was clean and comfortable. Outside had a lovely garden with lots of seating and perfect views of the river. We walked into town for breakfast one day, and easily drove into Medford for the wedding the other day. The hosts were super responsive and so kind. We would love to come here again. It really felt like a home more than a house.

This place was AMAZING! We loved the house it fit 8 adults comfortably and was right next to the river. We loved sitting in the garden every morning and evening. I always thought of the book the secret garden. The flowers were amazing and provided a fresh atmosphere during the heat. We floated down the river from the house down to Chinook Park and it was relaxing and exciting. I would love to visit this property again and recommend to everyone.

Great
Very homey. Stairs not great for bum knee. The entrance stairs to the porch need a better hand railing for Simone who has knee issues. Pictures of the yard were a little misleading vs reality but it was still very nice. The bedrooms upstairs were beautiful. Loved the decor and view of the river. It’s a great house and well equipped. Thank you a wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful rogue river house
Beautiful house, great waterfront location. Very cozy and great amenities. Owners were extremely communicative. There wasn’t a ton of cameras around like some other rentals. I don’t recall even seeing one. Check in and checking out was smooth. There wasn’t a 100 rules to follow. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay there again!

This place is really nice!! I will caution anyone having trouble with stairs that the ones leading to the front door were a little tough,but we made it and overall a really great spot place for a family. Plenty of room and a very nice kitchen. The downstairs bathroom is a little tight,but very doable!

Wonderful, Spacious, Waterfront Gem!
This was a great place for my large family to stay. It was clean, spacious (both indoors and outdoors), and a perfect spot to relax by the river. Sara and David were by far the most responsive and accommodating hosts I’ve ever encountered. Many memories were made at this waterfront gem. Next time my family visits Southern Oregon, this is where we’d want to stay.

Great Place Right by the River
We were able to house 3 couples totally comfortably. It was awesome to wake up and have coffee on the deck overlooking the river. Only 20 minutes from Jacksonville. We very much enjoyed our stay!
