B&B Hotel Paris Roissy CDG Aéroport

A great option for an overnight stay before or after a late-night flight. While it’s not right next to the airport, the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service that makes getting there easy. The room was small but perfectly adequate for a short stay, and the breakfast was surprisingly good—much better than expected. Overall, a comfortable and convenient airport hotel.

Not easy to get to from airport. Arrived in early afternoon so hotel shuttle pick up was not available. Had been going around to find the train and bus to get to the hotel. But ended up grabbing an uber with EUR 13. Going from hotel to airport by shuttle bus was a smooth ride. Hotel service was good - friendly and helpful.

Everything’s neat and tidy. May look a bit small but well enough for solo traveller. Easily accessible from CDG but if you are from Paris centre then you may need to pay extra for public transport through Airport. Also Google Map may recommend you to walk from south if you take a bus from city centre but you will be walking on roads without sidewalks so be careful

Everything perfect! Just the location is far away from the center but if you don’t mind taking one bus and one metro (1:15 h) it’s fine.

The hotel is ona great location but very poor condition. Very noisy; smoking everywhere Sorry not next time. Breakfast was good tho

Terrible overnight stay in Room 429 at B&B Hôtel Paris Roissy CDG. The air conditioning was broken completely on check-in, hotel only provided a useless weak fan and refused room change as the hotel was fully booked. Staff tried to excuse the faulty AC with an old thermal energy regulation standard, refusing a full refund and only offering a future discount voucher which is unacceptable. The neighboring room 115 had fully functional air conditioning, proving it was an isolated equipment failure instead of any mandatory temperature rule. I couldn’t sleep all night before an early international flight, which ruined my whole travel schedule. I have filed formal complaints with French consumer authority DGCCRF and tourism mediation service, and will post full evidence across all major travel platforms. Not recommended for anyone needing proper rest before flights. 避雷： 1. 赶早班机需要好好休息的旅客慎选这家分店，客房存在空调制冷故障问题，酒店售后极其敷衍。 2. 经过：a. 入住遭遇：在巴黎戴高乐机场B&B酒店429房入住，傍晚入住就发现空调无法制冷，报修后工作人员仅拿来风力极弱的风扇，让开窗通风，不仅无法降温还进了蚊子。深夜再次求助，酒店因满房无法换房，当晚整夜闷热无法入睡，第二天还要赶早班机出行。同楼层115房间空调正常，说明是单间设备故障，并非统一温控限制。 b. 酒店的回应：酒店拿2005年建筑节能室内外最大温差6℃的设计标准当作借口推卸责任，拒绝全额退款，只提供一张未来入住的优惠券作为补偿。但该标准只是建筑设计规范，并非法律允许客房空调故障后免责的条款，且预订和入住时酒店也没有提前告知空调制冷限制。 当晚热到睡不着，并且通过多次洗冷水澡降温，同时走廊温度比房间内低，我们不可能开门开窗睡。热到起热痱子了！ 3.
