This hotel is located about 10 to 15 minutes by car from the CDG terminal, but there is no regular shuttle service between the terminal and the hotel, so please ask the hotel in advance to arrange a paid shuttle service. Individual reservations are required. We had a transfer to this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days, and we made reservations and waited for this paid transfer a total of 3 times, including when we arrived, but as a result, our reservations were rejected all three times, and it was not always safe. I was left waiting for hours in a place where the conditions were not good. Not only that, but I was given incorrect information about how to get to the pickup location for this paid transfer, and when I was waiting for the first transfer upon arrival, I ended up wandering around the vast CDG Airport for more than two hours due to this incorrect information. became. Furthermore, when I complained to the hotel about this incorrect information after arriving at the hotel, instead of apologizing, the hotel instead said, ``(If the hotel's information is incorrect), how did you even get to the hotel!?'' It all ended in a fit of rage. Also, during our stay, when we called the hotel's main phone number, the staff rarely answered, and we could hardly get through to them. Even if you have something to complain to the hotel front desk or make a paid reservation, there is only one staff member at the front desk, and there is a long line of customers waiting for their turn. I had to wait. When I asked questions or complained to the hotel staff, they said, ``I don't know, and I have no responsibility.'' ``I don't know and I have no responsibility.'' ⇒ During our stay, this attitude of the staff was the standard of service at this hotel. Regarding the quality and maintenance of hotel facilities, there were many problems as listed below. ・Some of the tableware provided in the guest room was still dirty (attached photo). When I checked in to the hotel, there was a dirty tableware around the water hole, among the dishes that appeared to have been washed at first glance (see attached image). - The device that opens and closes the drain at the bottom of the bathtub is damaged, and the only way to drain the water is to pry open the drain at the bottom of the bathtub directly with your fingers. At first, I didn't realize this and filled the bathtub to the brim with hot water, so the water pressure made it difficult to pry the drain open.In the end, my roommate and I were able to pry it open, but we were unable to do so with our fingernails. I hurt myself. ・Drainage of the wash basin is also poor. ・A loud emergency warning buzzer kept ringing for a long time in the middle of the night, which not only disrupted my sleep but also exposed me to an uneasy situation.However, the hotel did not make any announcements or provide evacuation guidance, and the hotel did not provide any information as to why. There was no explanation and no apology. As mentioned above, during our stay, the quality of service at this hotel was extremely poor, especially with the transfers between the airport terminal and the hotel being either virtually non-functional or extremely stressful and unsafe. . In other words, even if you want to leave the hotel, you may have to hesitate to do so because you are unsure whether you will be able to return safely from the terminal to the hotel. We will never stay at this hotel again, even if it's free.

SPA problem the sauna was not working Cold pool water, jacuzzi too small for the number of people present. Same with the Hammam. Cleanliness not great, lots of stagnant water on the floor, the baskets for depositing used towels overflowed on the floor. Hygiene to be improved. It is important to point out the staff are very friendly and helpful.
