Super 8 by Wyndham Rolla

After checking in and getting all our suitcases to second floor we pulled down the blanket and found it soiled all down one side. Went down stairs to get a clean one and upon returning my sisters had pulled back the top sheets and the bed was covered with bugs. We immediately packed up and had to find a different hotel. The hotel said they couldn’t refund because it was reserved on website. After contacting ******* they said they would look into it. Finally 5 days later the hotel said they would begrudgingly refund even though they had a no refund policy. After we left an hour after getting there and had to leave and find another hotel because of filth and bed bugs? Worst experience we had during our 6 day travels.

The staff was very friendly and I felt valued. The room was large with all the features - fridge, microwave, nice size television, good cable. It was convenient to the highway and restaurants. All in all I was pleasantly surprised for a modestly priced hotel.

An acceptable budget solution The room was acceptable but a little run down. The common areas were also dated. We smelled cigarette smoke in one hallway ... someone was violating the rules. The parking lot was a little sketchy but well lit.

Staff was very nice. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot and had good pressure. Overall an excellent value for the price.

Staff was excellent . Owner was on sight . breakfast was good . My pet was able to relax .

The property was well taken care if. Very attractive. Room was large, very clean. Bathroom was spotless. I dont know how old this motel but looked new to maybe remodled. Very quite, bed slept great. I would recommend this for a quick stay.
