L'avantage de cet hôtel, c'est qu'il est petit et convivial, et que toutes les chambres sont face au parking. Celles-ci sont confortables (bonne literie) avec quelques attentions (thé / café).
Cela reste un service minimum, mais toutefois très correct niveau rapport qualité / prix.
L'emplacement est près d'un axe fréquenté dans une zone de commerces à proximité, et aux portes de Macon. Il est donc à cheval entre la ville et tous les petits villages viticoles alentours, et aux portes du Beaujolais, donc rapidement accessible d'un côté comme de l'autre.
Personnel à l'accueil sympa et professionnel. Possibilité de se restaurer sur place.
Hotel agréable et convivial, facile d'accès.

Les escaliers extérieurs pour aller directement dans la chambre, très sales. Un simple coût de Karcher et de peinture aurait suffit.
La chambre : mauvaise literie et la propriété de la chambre et salle de bain à revoir.

As always with Campanile, the room is clean and comfortable. The welcome was friendly and as a regular Campanile customer I am pretty satisfied. However.... They seem to have stopped offering the salad and dessert buffets in the evening. Instead there is now just a fixed menu. I have to tell you that one of the main reasons I had for always using Campanile hotels was that buffet. It was great, and really good value for money too. A fixed menu of food that I cannot even understand is not going to cut it. Especially when there is a Buffalo Grill and a McDonalds within walking distance. Sorry Campanile, I like your hotels and I will continue to use them, but no buffet means no eating in your restaurant for me.

Good location near motorway and shops. Good petrol station nearby too. Friendly welcome, parking outside rooms and everything was clean, bright and warm. Would stay here again when travelling south. Didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant so can’t comment on that but it looked nice.

Great value for money, good location, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff. Restaurants nearby and supermarket round the corner. Would definitely stay here again, the money we paid was well spent

A very noisy night on 5th. March due to a gathering in a lower floor room, people talking exceptionally loudly, moving about in the corridors and banging doors until about 4am. There did not appear to be any night receptionist/security/manager available.

Due to the weather we decided not to travel the entire night, so we booked late. Friends suggested a Campanile - and that was an excellent suggestion: quite good bed; sufficient pillows; shower quite OK; more than decent breakfast; very friendly personnel. Just one think: the extra blanket wasn't very clean and some small impurities were left on the flour, without saying that it was dirty overall.

Easy access from the highway at night and back to the highway in the morning. Very quiet. *Very* kind service and reservation by phone while driving on my way on the motorway make my life much easier. Thank you.
