I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, always willing to help with a smile. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

It’s more like an Airbnb style stay. The owner gives the room password, and we can check in and out by ourselves. The floor was a bit sticky, but overall the room was quite clean. However, the main door and room password were the same, which made me feel unsafe — I was worried that other guests might enter my room. Luckily, nothing happened during my stay, and I used my luggage to block the door for extra safety.

Location is 1 min walk to spanish steps, best location no one manned the reception. Self service to check in and check out. Access code was not provide in time, resulted, I standed outside the gate for more than 45mins. Service is bad, sent email text to request to skip housekeeping but due to delay communication, the lady still enter my room and did the cleaning. As Im unprepared for it. My luggage wide open with all my valuable items. I am very upset about it. I will not come back

The key to get in was quite tricky! The room was clean, and there were plenty of amenities. Towels and a hairdryer are provided. I'm not sure about luggage storage before check-in, but they were able to hold our bags in the common area after check-out (though security is low as it's a shared space). Also, when I contacted them at night, I received a quick reply, but in the morning, it took a while to get a response, so I recommend asking any questions early. Since it's an unmanned hotel, you won't encounter anyone during check-in or check-out.

Check-in was quite a struggle; I finally managed to open the door using the instructions sent via message. Just to be clear, this is a guesthouse, not a hotel. I had a hard time opening the door and getting into the building using the host's directions.

This hotel is right in the middle of town—walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, and transport. As someone who’s a bit of a clean freak, I was quite impressed with how spotless the room was—it was even better than my last 4-star hotel. Also, Stefania and Sonia were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always quick to respond to any request. The price was definitely great for the value. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

It was super stay from the very check in which was online and very convenient. Sonia and Stefania were always in touch and very helpful! The room is big and it was cleaned every day, there’s also coffee machine and tea cups so u can relax in the evening) The location is outstanding, all sightseeing spots are on the walking distance, caffès and shopping are in the nearest neighbourhood) Highly recommend this place especially if it is your first time in Rome that would make your trip to Italy just perfect)
