I had a pleasant stay at the Ruby Giulia Hotel in Rome. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself is stylish, modern, and feels very new, which made it comfortable and enjoyable. However, there were a few downsides. There was no kettle in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the pantry faucet was difficult to use (to switch it with the hot water, sparking water and still water) and not very tidy. Overall, a good stay with a few small areas for improvement. Still, I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Ruby, Giulia is a great hotel in the heart of Rome close to Termini railway station. The hotel is very clean organized and it has all the amenities you need. A great team of staff that are always there whenever you need help. I wanna give a shout out to three individuals who made our stay so great one is Giuseppe, he upgraded our room and just genuinely a lovely guy. Second is Nada, she took her time out to give us a few recommendations about restaurants and life in Rome, etc. so a huge shout out to her. last but not least the manager Miks. He was so helpful after our data finished on our phones and we were leaving the next day. Thank you all Team Ruby!

The hotel clearly looks like it's been recently renovated to a high standard. The location is excellent, close to Termini and opposite the Viminale, and you can easily walk to the main attractions in the center. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. The room is large, bright, and clean. If I had to nitpick, there aren't enough hooks for jackets or towels, and the walk-in shower tends to let water out onto the bathroom floor. If I were to return to Rome, I would definitely be happy to stay here again.

The room looks exactly like the pictures, and as a new hotel, it has a great feel to it. Eating breakfast upstairs on a nice day was lovely; the selection isn't huge but it's decent. It's very close to the popular IQ and CC Palace hotels – I stayed here for 2 nights and then booked 2 nights at CC, which was just a 2-3 minute walk across the street. There are restaurants downstairs and a Carrefour nearby. I personally felt safe; just be mindful of your belongings and you should be fine. Walking to the train station with luggage takes about 20 minutes. I prefer staying at hotels within walking distance of the station, otherwise many metro exits don't have elevators, so you have to carry your bags, and the cobblestone streets are really tough to navigate (wealthy people, please disregard this last point).

The room was great, well-equipped, and even had a hairdryer. We brought our own slippers, but toiletries could be picked up at the front desk. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness.

Staying here has been an amazing experience! We enjoyed every second of it. From clean rooms, fantastic views from a terrace, variety in breakfast options to the best service we have had so far in Europe. We highly recommend staying here, because you will be treated like a friend. Big props to the team at 6th floor. You’re all awesome. Hoping to come back to this place again in the future!

The room was clean and spacious enough, and there was a pantry on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors where you could get your own drinking water. I'd read reviews saying some equipment was broken and thought maybe people just didn't know how to use it, but it really was faulty. Out of hot, cold, and sparkling water, only the hot water dispenser worked. Even after a staff member came to check, they confirmed there was an issue. I tried the ones on the 3rd and 4th floors too, same problem, so it's clearly a lack of maintenance. Breakfast was €25 per person, but it was absolutely nothing special. The selection was extremely limited, just a few types of bread, and they weren't refilled when they ran out. I noticed European guests were guided to their tables and proactively offered coffee and tea. For the three tables of Asian guests, myself included, we all had to find our own seats and there were no drinks placed on our tables. We had to go to the counter to order our own. I hope I'm mistaken about this. Finally, the worst experience was when the fire alarm malfunctioned and went off at 5 AM, sending all the guests on the entire floor rushing out to wait by the entrance.

The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of the train station, metro, and all major attractions. Step out and turn right, and you're on a bustling street that feels very safe, even at night. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming; they helped us check in early and even proactively asked if we needed disposable slippers and toothbrushes. You can go up from the sixth floor to the seventh-floor terrace to enjoy panoramic views of Rome. We were a bit confused when we first arrived as the front desk is on the sixth floor; a clear sign at the ground-floor entrance would be helpful. Nevertheless, I really love this hotel and hope I get the chance to visit Rome and stay here again.
