The hotel is clean an kind of nice but my problem is that it is rated 5 stars. It is nowere near 5 stars hotel. This is maximum 4 stars. No restaurant, very few staff, very small place. The breakfast is poor. Also, they charged us 70 euro for late check out, for 30 minutes past 12:00. Also no parking no valet, no pool, no spa, nothing. The walls were dirty inside the room. Overall, very very low value for the money we paid. Definetly will not return.

Well, where do I begin... absolutely stunning hotel - beautiful exquisite design for those who appreciates art and architectural aesthetics! Impeccable service - attention to detail for the pickiest guests possible. Stunning orchids collection I must note as well. Beautiful roof terrasse with delicious Prosecco:) The best location and proximity that we had expected for our stay. Harry’s Bar (across from the hotel) of course was our favourite - I will review it separately. All over all massive thanks to the hotel staff for your diligent, meticulous and super professional service, bravo! P.S. we stayed in September 2018, before covid, the app won’t allow to go beyond 2022 somehow.
