This was an excellent little b&b that was clean, with the room's size good and nicely heated on the cold nights. It has a private bathroom with shower and a lovely little balcony, but it is not a balcony with a view of other houses around you. It is close to a reasonable range of shops and the bus services that will get you into Vatican city or Centro for much less than an Uber or taxi, but you need to buy a ticket from the Bar that is down the street and to the left about 750mts away. The hosts were lovely people, but I am not a fan of a sweet breakfast, so this was the only thing that I didn't like much.

It is overall very good except the location is a bit far. Moreover, it would be better if the reception can respond faster.

Everything is good. The room is warm and the bed is comfortable, nice breakfast is included. You have to catch the bus to reach the metro station. Sometimes busses don't follow the timetable.

Месторасположение в спальном районе. Хорошая хозяйка, правда говорит только на итальянском языке. Достаточно большие комнаты, все соответствует описанию.

Ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo , per il parcheggio bisogna girare ma alla fine si trova in zona , zona peraltro tranquilla .

Great place, great location, clean and beautiful rooms. Quiet location. Public transport is near and have many choices. Easy to find location. Many shops near. Host is helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

Everything was do good - room with a big comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, balcony and tasty breakfast..Hosts were really helpful. Honestly recommend this hotel! Good restaurant was near, bus connections were good.
