As a proactive step, we will be reinforcing training with our housekeeping team to ensure that every detail in the room is thoroughly checked prior to each arrival.Regarding the welcome gift — you are absolutely right to expect a thoughtful gesture. At the moment, a welcome amenity is offered with select suite categories. However, I’m pleased to share that we’re already working on extending a special Roman touch to all 230 rooms of Palazzo Naiadi, as a way to warmly welcome every guest.
