Villa Benedetta

Bad experience, guests are abandoned to themselves, after checking in for three days no one was seen again, I was not given the Wi-Fi password and in no way was I able to obtain it as I was unable to speak with Nobody. One evening I risked being locked out because the key to the front door was causing problems, luckily another guest was with me and we managed to get in with his keys. Minimal cleaning...it was clear that the beds were simply made...no fridge in the room but an archaic and very dirty shared fridge available inside. Poor quality breakfast with dry and hard croissants... washed out drinks machine, unsmiling staff. I understand that it is not a resort but a little more organization is due…

Ottimo hotel in cui soggiornare. Accoglienza molto positiva. Gentilezza nel rispondere alle esigenze del cliente che vengono ampiamente soddisfatte. Pasti vari ed abbondanti. Il gruppo di lavoro di cui facevo parte é stato soddisfatto del servizio ricevuto.

E' un normale albergo. E' pulito ed è compresa la colazione a buffet. Però la zona è orribile: è comoda perché vicino alla stazione dei treni Ostiense, si tratta di vie brutte esteticamente, poco sicure e buie la sera. Per tale motivo dovrebbe ridurre i prezzi a mio avviso.

Struttura gestita da seguire che offre la comodità di essere vicina ai mezzi pubblici, metro e ferrovia, anche se in una zona non centrale. Stanze ampie e pulite, cena buona e prezzi davvero contenuti. Consigliato per i gruppi ma anche per famiglie. Non aspettatevi servizi da hotel ma sicuramente sarete ben accolti
