Staff very helpful gave us all the directions to metro ect. rooms were lovely and clean floors 4 to 6 just been refurbished. We had a lovely breakfast pasteries was amazing, lovely fruit and cereals. Staff booked us a taxi to airport. Located 10 minutes from metro

I've been here with a group of 32 students. The rooms of the ground floor were in very bad condition. Some of them were dirty, with old-fashioned decoration and uncomfortable beds. Truly disappointing situation.

Phenomenal hotel for the price and location. The rooms were updated and very nice. There is free parking which was convenient for us to head to the airport the next day. It is very accessible. The staff were spectacular and even provided a quick breakfast to go as we left for the airport before breakfast was available. It is only a 10-15 minute walk to the subway too!

There was a mix-up with my booking and i needed to find another place to stay for the final night. It caused quite a bit of stress. However, the staff was very kind and they included breakfasts during my stay. I was grateful for their kindness even though the booking process and room availability was a bit messy.

It was clean and the staff was accommodating. However centralized ac not turning on until June is crazy. We were way too hot the whole time.

Hotel at a reasonable price in a safe neighborhood. Metro stop is a bit away. Hotel stuffs were very good. Breakfast was very elaborate. Rooms were spacious and good. Couple of concerns: 1. Internet was not working for most of the times, which is a major problem. 2. They don't restock the toiletries. Vatican is 4 km away and colosseum is around 8-9 km away, but easily reachable.

Only one night in a road trip in Italy, it wasn't a 4 stars hotel, I would say 2 or 3 stars max.

The safe box was not working, the hotel owner was not able to opened, so we could not use it.
